Let me just say,I've gone to a lot of dentists in my time and Cooper dentistry is by far the best in the business! The Cooper family definitely know expertise. To put together a team like have was seriously extraordinary. I mean,to be able to get the service as well as professionalism they provide is amazing. It's not just one visit but every time I or my family go there,we get the same consistent great service. Even though all the technicians are great,there is something to be said about Kelly, who is my absolute favorite. The way she makes her patients feel when we walk in us inspiring. She knows us well and she is the epiphany of service. As far as I am concerned, Cooper Family Dentistry is the best in the business and there's no other that can touch them. Please keep up the great work you all do and thank you so much for the amazing job you always do!!! By far the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. This was my first visit to this clinic and the front staff mostly the dark headed younger female was so rude. I will say I have lots of anxiety going to the dentist and this just made it 10x worse. My hygienist I had was very sweet, but everyone else was very unpleasant. I’m not sure if it’s because I am a young adult or what but it just seemed like my dental care did not matter to them. When walking out I asked if there was anything else I needed to do (keep in mind I’m new to this clinic and every clinic does things differently so I just wanted to make sure) the front staff was very rude and said no you can leave with a very rude tone. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this clinic.
