The receptionist at the front desk is VERY rude. I had a conversation with my mother upon my arrival to the clinic to pick her up after her evaluation. The receptionist interrupts me to let me know my mother has already been seen by the dentist.( As in we can leave) When I verbally expressed I had questions and concerns about her treatment plan. I was highly offended and would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is non existent. She also treated me like I spoke a foreign language, by her confusion through out our conversation, “she didn’t understand my questions” when simply asked if she could come in for a future appointment for extractions. Good grief.
