I called them and I said I had some pain related to wisdom teeth. They sent me a new patient online form, I clearly stated that I had some pain concerning my wisdom teeth. When I arrived to my appointment I had to fill the same form again (it looks like they don’t care if you did it online). I stated my pain concerning wisdom teeth again in the new form. When I finally saw the doctor, they made a lot of X-rays to diagnose everything except what I went for. I am still in pain, and nobody told me anything related to my wisdom teeth, not even a prescription for pills. When I asked about my wisdom teeth removal, they set me another appointment for another day and more money. Now, I still don’t have any idea what’s happening in my mouth and $150 less.

I've been a patient at Family Dental. Their service has always been the TOP. Their staff is Stella, the wait is less than 15 minutes, the Dr's. check you when the Techs are complete and if there a major problem your are reviewed and diagnosed by your Dr. before any procedure, as a patient, you're kept in the loop, prior, doing and after procedures. I have a high appreciation for their services.
