Smile Dailey Dental is an ultra-rare place that can completely transform any preconceptions you might have about what a trip to the dentist typically entails. I had not visited a dentist in 9 years, so my preconceptions involved terrible anxiety and pain. My experience at Smile Dailey was the absolute opposite. The staff here are beyond nice, from the reception desk to the main dentist. They are all empathetic people who genuinely want you to have a positive and comfortable experience. The people who took care of me were Alyssa, Jaden, Clarissa, and Dr. Dailey. They were all amazing. Alyssa goes above and beyond to make you feel totally at ease. She is such a kind soul. Dr. Dailey is all business when you are in his chair, and you are his priority. He doesn't leave you mid-procedure and bounce over to another chair (something that I always found so unprofessional at other dental clinics). Dr. Dailey is extremely informative about the work he is doing on your teeth and he is highly focused. That said, he has a great sense of humor too as we joked about how difficult it was to finely shape and alter the crown he placed on my tooth. He seems like a great guy. His assistants, Jaden and Clarissa, were both super nice and patient with me. I appreciate them. Something that truly stood out for me about my experience here was the lack of pain. I am not joking, this was a 99% pain-free experience. These good people do everything they can to minimize pain. I don't fear returning here for future work. If you have anxiety and have stayed away from the dentist as I did, this could be a great place for you. Don't delay, it is worth it to visit Smile Dailey.

This was a really negative dental experience. I’m lucky to have dental professionals in my family and have experienced a high quality of care elsewhere. The office is nearly impossible to get ahold of for follow up care or follow up pain, I left several messages with no response. They attempted to strong arm me into cosmetic procedures that I didn’t need nor ask for. The DA’s are young and inexperienced-in both of my visits the Dr had to replace the DA halfway through because she hadn’t even properly set up. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone that I cared about.

On my first visit, Jenn was excellent in making sure I understood Doctor Dailey enjoys re-creating smiles!! I enjoyed every moment of my visit, and I really appreciate doctor Dailey's concern for my oral health, as well as functionality and confidence in smiling!! I have decided to keep him as my permanent dentist and we are on the road to re-creating my smile!! Thanks Dr. Dailey! : )

Ya know how when you go get an oil change for your car and you only want an oil change but they come back and say well you need an air filter and some fluids and an alignment etc and we can do all that today for a lot of money? This dentist office is exactly like that where you go in for a cleaning and they take a billion X-rays and shrug off the potential side effects, they ask you up front for your social, what you do for a living, and what the most important aspects to dentists are for you so that they get their sales angle down. The staff is super nice and the environment is pleasant. But I had red flags when Oaklawn signs are all over the place where you can be entered for Oaklawn drawings for more services you get done, very strange to me. They pointed out lots of potential problems before I even saw a dentist and then the girl scraped my tooth and it started to hurt and said I had a cavity there when nothing hurt prior to arrival. I left before they started any work and they made sure to bill my insurance for X-rays only. Do not recommend.
