Customer service at front desk was rude at and was not approachable. I missed an exit while enroute to the dentist office and had to be rerouted through my GPS. The traffic was extremely heavy which made me little late. The black lady at front desk wasted more time harassing me about my arrival time and missed phone calls than trying to get me with the hygienist. I explained my situation to her and showed her that I did not have missed calls from them. She immediately called my phone from her computer to prove that my phone was working and this wasted more time. I shouldn’t have had to show her my phone to prove I didn’t hear or received her phone calls as the traffic was terrible. The hygienist apologized for her behavior in the back. When my procedure was over and I started to leave. I asked if I was done and could leave, one receptionist said yes but , the black lady said no harshly. She told me that she talked to me over and over about an existing bill and ran it through my insurance many times. I told her that she needed to change her attitude and not to speak to her customers that way. I was very bothered and upset of her treatment and behavior towards me in front of people.. While the service from the hygienist was awesome the environment was overshadowed by behavior of the front desk.

UPDATE: New staff when I went in this time and it seems they have been there FOREVER!!! They fit right in, very nice and gentle, knowledgeable on what to do and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 1st REVIEW: It's not just a dentist to me, IT'S FAMILY!!! I hadn't been in a while and just seeing everyone again was such a JOY to add right in with the holidays...❤❤❤

Dr. Lane and his assistant Savannah were the sweetest! The entire staff were so nice as well!! They were able to fit me super fast and they were so gentle with replacing my filling. I’m definitely a new patient and would recommend anyone to make an appointment with them. They are very affordable too!! All good things to say.

Never got a reschedule text, need a new appointment date. 7/7/2020 Had a very pleasant dental checkup, with full set of x-ray images, cleaning and polishing. 7/21/2021 I had another great checkup with Holly and Dr.Lane. The one experience I missed was actually getting to see my x-rays. The cleaning and polishing process was very thorough. 1/26/2022 Another thorough checkup by Whitney and Dr. Lane. Next time I’ll get yearly x- rays and a fluoride treatment . Missed the Muzak some, but forgot to ask if it was a random change today vs a planned permanent change. 8/9/2022 Still another easy checkup with x-rays and fluoride treatment. Excellent dental hygienist. 11/7/22 Had a upper right molar crown repair/ replacement after the crown popped off while flossing 11/3/22. This time the new crown was made on-site, and in 90 min I had a new crown cemented on. Both Dr Lane and a new hygienist did their work carefully. 2/13/2023 My 6 month checkup was straightforward with no problems. My hygienist made it easy for me.

I am a newbie to Woodland Heights. I had a great first experience. I had to reschedule due to the weather, but Ms. Melissa entertained by dramatic antics. Which I loved. Originally, I called and spoke with a young lady who operates the front. She assured me I would love the service. My appt was timely. In addition, I had the pleasure of working w/ Trinity. She was smar & attentive.

Dr. Lane is an artist! He applied a series of chair-side veneers that have transformed my smile, and I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Dr. Lane!
