Had an appointment to get imprint for a crown. Bailey called me back. Hadn't seen her in awhile. Ask her if she missed me then some other woman hygenist there started screaming that I was inappropriate and shouldn't talk to them that way. I should have left but it was a long drive for something that had to be done at their mtn home office instead of cotter. Got in the room and the 3 women couldn't get the imprint thing in. Then they dropped it on the floor. Then they're arguing so I got up and left without them noticing. Complained to the cotter office. They said they would give me half my money back. I wouldn't recommend the mtn home Coleman office for implant. Women are rude.

Dr. Wilkie was awesome! Had an appointment a couple of weeks ago where there was going to be a lot of work involved. My appointment ran over and we were only able to do half of the procedure. Dr. Wilkie actually scheduled me on one of his off days to better accommodate me and expedite the completion and I greatly appreciate it. Very professional and pleasant staff and clean environment!

Staff is always so kind and helpful! They even went so far as to make a new impression for a mouth guard today before I left. I was able to ask questions and get immediate responses and even help with how to go about getting things done. One of the best things was me thinking I only got one free cleaning a year and they checked and found I get two. Now it will be easier to protect my oral health. Thanks so much! My 10 year old boy had to have work done for the first time. Was super nervous about it all. The doctor came in and and had some amazing tricks and skills up his sleeve when it came time to numbing him. My son had no idea what happened but was completely numb at the end!!
