False. They don't do "Same day extraction" or emergency extraction.

I came here about 6 months ago for a cleaning. They told me I had 9 cavities. I got half of them filled and have had nothing but trouble with them since. I went back and they shaved the fillings down a little, but it did not help. I can not eat on that side of my mouth and I can not floss. I went to another dentist today and they told me I had No cavities. This dentist lied to me and now I have messed up teeth. I also had to pay for alot of things out of pocket.

What a fantastic experience with Dr Kitchens! I flew in from California, and realized I had a tooth abscessing. I called Dr Kitchens at the last minute but he was great calling in antibiotics for me to start right then, then setting an appointment up for the next day. After X-rays it was determined the tooth would need extracting. No surprise to me because it was a 61 year old baby tooth that I had been having trouble with for awhile. Dr Kitchens agreed to allow me to keep the tooth in for the weekend wedding I was attending, but came in early Monday morning to work me in for the extraction. I was on my way by 8a. No pain, during or after the procedure. I’m so thankful for Dr Kitchens, and the compassion he showed to me, he turned what could have been a horrible experience into one that wasn’t bad at all.

This is a business that really cares about its clients. I told the staff I was having difficulty climbing the stairs to enter the building and came back for my next cleaning and the owner had a ramp built. I was almost in tears. Thank you for making the world a little more accessible. The staff also always does a great job cleaning my teeth. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I went in and had a great experience, I’ve seen the different reviews and was aware of them but from what I’ve seen it was the opposite. They were very friendly and quick and thorough with there work, Dr.kitchen and his staff are very knowledgeable. I would very much recommend and can’t wait til my next visit☺️☺️

Had a dental emergency called and got in immediatly. Super friendly staff who explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. I'd never go anywhere else!

Dr. Kitchens is very knowledgeable and has a very friendly staff. Their technology is top notch and they are great to work with my schedule.

Worst experience of my life I took my five-year-old niece in here to have a filling of the tooth and when the doctor came in she started whimpering because she did not want a shot she was not crying she just whimpered a little and then when she started whimpering the doctor looked at her and told her to either get over it or she can come back another day and then he threw his instruments down like a freaking two-year-old baby

YOU CAN PUT MAKEUP ON A PIG BUT ITS STILL A PIG!!! Nice remodel but bad business very unprofessional. This was a horrible experience... I called to make an appointment for my son,he chipped his tooth and was in alot of pain couldnt eat or drink i took him here because it was only dentist open.. They didnt fix it and no communication with me, to small for me and other kids to go back to the room so as we were going to the car he said they didnt fix it so we went to discusse with the dentist he said they had to send in xrays to see if insurance will cover it..They did a cleaning when he just had one at his regregular dentist office witch we were not there for a cleaning my appointment was for the chipped tooth they never asked if they could do the cleaning. Im pretty sure insurance wont cover 2 cleanings in 2 months and i will not be responsible for the bill. Waste of time they just wanted my insuance money.. Long story short my son left in pain and they still got paid.

Went in woth a toothache. Left with a worse toothache. Horrible visit. Was told to wait in lobby for cleaning that never happened. Will not go back again. And i wont give them a dime of my money. Ever.

Very rude and did his work as fast as possible and left the room. No communication. Left a sore in my mouth where he put the shot. We a horrible experience.

Rude, horrible bedside manner. Treated me poorly, I feel because I am low income. Will NEVER go back, and I am telling everyone i know not to go either.

I've been to 2 other dentists in russellville and Dr. Kitchen is my favorite! All the staff is so friendly and they always do a great job with a great price!

Besides being courteous, efficient, and informative Dr. Kitchens whole staff are fun to talk with. Dr Kitchens told me about all the things with my teeth, more than any other dentist has in the past. I highly recomment Russellville Family Dentistry.
