All the staff were kind and introduced themselves by name (except for 1 individual) and explained what they were going to do. I appreciated Dr. Lu taking his time and not only asking me questions but genuinely listening and coming up with a game plan to help improve my oral health.

My second visit here for xray, cleaning and dental evaluation. The place is clean and tidy. Staff are helpful and I didn't have to wait for a long time. The dentist is professional and well experienced. I'm going back for more procedures. I'll see how it goes. So far so good.

Dr. Lu's medical skills are superb, he cures diseases at his fingertips, and the fees are transparent, which makes people feel at ease.

I was looking for a new dentist for my mom and found Dr. Lu in Alhambra. I have no regrets sending her here. All the staff are amazing. Our first visit they broke down everything my mom needed and laid out a plan and discussed what to approach first since it’s been a while since she went to a dentist. They’ve been sticking to strict covid regulations to make you feel safe during the pandemic. They always take care of my mom and makes sure her teeth are taken care of.

Amazing! Victor, Benjamin and the dental techs are amazing! Very attentive, clean, and inviting. They also provide a free goodie bag with dental stuff. They also know their stuff re insurance and they really look out for you. So happy I found them!

Most staff speak Cantonese or Mandarin I think. Some staff speak English well but they’re all pretty nice and friendly. They throughly explained in simple vernacular what they were going to do with my teeth and why + if it was or was not needed. They did not pressure me to make any particular decisions after informing me. Dentist offices usually make me feel a bit nervous but I was pretty comfortable. I also like the able to text to schedule and reschedule, a bit more modern than some other dental offices I’ve been to in the past. The only weird thing is that they asked me to download an orthodontist app and I didn’t feel like I option to say no/they told me I could just delete later. The app was free anyways but I probably would not have signed up otherwise.

The person that took my x-rays seems to need more practice. She did not cover me with an x-ray apron for the first x-ray, and had to retake a few. The dental treatment and everything else was great otherwise.

Dr. Lu recommended the procedures and treatment for me to consider. The dental office is relaxing, and the staffs are very patience as well as dedicated.

The environment is very clean and comfortable. Dr. lu is very patient and the dental assistant has good service. In the future, my daughter will look for Dr. lu when she grows teeth!

First time visit. I had an emergency where I had to get my crown re-cemented, and they squeezed me in same day appointment. I absolutely appreciate their patience and squeezing me in such short notice.

The front desk and nurses are all very friendly and easy to communicate. Dr. Lu is very professional and skilled in cleaning my teeth and filling my cavities. The clinic and the facilities look very neat and clean.

The chair was so comfortable that while I fell alseep LOL. But overall I was very pleased with my experience, the doctors were thorough and polite.
