Crescent Family Dental

I had to have a filling between my 2 front top teeth. The last filling lasted 20 years. The first try this dentist lasted a month. Second try, 2 weeks. Third, 2 days! Plus, they didn't leave a way to floss. They were fused together.

Dr. K Huang is amazing. Typically we all our a little iffy about going to the dentist. But as soon as I step in the staff is super nice, very profesional and they will answer all of your questions. Dr. Huang give you the reassurance that he knows what you need. I highly recommend it. Thank you again! 🐶

DO NOT BRING BUSINESS TO THIS OFFICE. Had an appointment for my children for a month out due to a "family emergency with the dentist" waited all this time to get a voicemail that they're cancelling the appointments due to a "family emergency" again. These appointments are important for my daughter and after stating my feelings or to reschedule ASAP all I got was well find another dental office we don't know how long the dentist will be out. THANK YOU GABBY for the advice, I will take my business elsewhere and maybe its a blessing in disguise that I will not ever have an appointment here. TERRIBLE.

I never liked going to the dentist, I always had exieties, these team makes me feel more relaxed and confident, they really know how to connect with their patients. Another thing that I notice, is that they see their patients right away they don’t have you waiting long in the lobby. .

After years and years of neglecting my teeth, I decided to go see a dentist. Yikes! Who knew dental work was so expensive. The dentist and office manager were so helpful and knowledgeable about what different options I had, i did it. It was very emotional for me when the first part was completed. I could actually smile without covering my mouth. I can laugh as loud as I want and not worry if I forgot to cover my mouth. My confidence level is through the roof and I owe it to Crescent Family Dental. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me another chance.

Dr. Huang is kind and gentle. I was very scared to come to the dentist after a bad experience at another dental office. Dr. Huang and his staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable through all of my treatment. I'm very thankful for the extra care throughout my treatment. They even took extra time to answer all of my questions and concerns and were very thorough. I'm very thankful we found Crescent Family Dental!

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! My mom went on Feb. 25th because she had a massive infection in her tooth. She started antibiotics 2 days before seeing the dentist. Was told they could do nothing until she was on antibiotics for 5 days. She was told they would get the referral to a oral surgeon to have the tooth removed or fixed. 9 days later with 2 phone calls to the office to check on the referral and was told they have not heard from the insurance for the referral. The office staff was extremely rude, no caring and I was told there was nothing they could do. I was told to call her insurance if I wanted answers. It is their job to get the referral. Extremely Rude and unprofessional! I would never recommend this dentist to anyone! Real quick to take your money but they do not care about the actual patient. I did let the office know that they were extremely rude and lacking patient care and told her I would be writing this review.

Very clean and professional. Dr Kevin made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I hadn't seen a dentist in years. My smile now looks great and i owe it to the great team at Crescent Family Dentist.

Dr. Huang and the staff here are great! I was originally scheduled for a check up and cleaning. However, I was having some pain and told the dentist I was getting food caught in a tooth and felt pressure in the tooth. Turns out, part of a tooth had cracked and fallen away, leaving the nerve partially exposed. Doctor showed me the x-rays and explained the situation. He stated I would need an emergency root canal. I had questions. Dr. Huang explained the pros and cons of waiting. I decided to go ahead with the procedure. Admittedly, I was a bit nervous. However, both Dr. Huang and his assistant helped feel at ease especially after explaining to me the step-by-step process. The procedure was done well. I felt no pain during the procedure. I really must say, the doctor and staff are friendly and professional. They take care of you from start to finish. In regards to fees, they are pretty up front about. My insurance and I have never had a problem. I recommend Crescent Family Dental for your ALL your dental needs. Thank you, Dr. Huang!

Been to other Dentest but by far Dr. Huang is the best . He’s friendly and I like that he tells me everything as he does it. Unlike some Drs he speaks to me and not at me involves me in the care of my dental needs. I recommend him for all your dental needs as I will keep Jim as as my primary dentist.

. I felt I had to make sure I wrote a review about this place because some reviews here are super misleading. I recommend this place to everyone. If going to the dentist makes you nervous or you're really worried about feeling pain then YOU MUST SEE DR. HUANG. Never has my visit to the dentist been as pain free and comfortable as it has been here. Dr Huang and his staff ( all of whom do actually speak english despite another reviewers false comment ) is super attentive and VERY knowledgeable . He is a younger dentist which in my opinion is a plus because he is more current with his dental practice .
