This dentist office has to be the oldest looking office I have ever been to, walking in the walls had noticeable chipping paint there are no actual chair just some old couches like the dentist upgraded his couches and home and didn’t want to throw the old one away and decided to put them in the waiting room as well as the entertainment center. Out dated equipment and technology. The hygienist had to keep asking the receptionist if she was taking x rays correctly and how to notate. When the hygienist asked dentist to come check everything out he yelled a snark remark from another room where he was with another patient (HIPPA Violation) and didn’t even come in. I’m new to town and this experience sure left me not ever going there again. The receptionist also answered the phone very low spirits. It’s funny how he replied to every bad review by bashing the reviewer “to be clear” can’t wait to see what he replies to mine. It seems to be a common trend with his bad review they all seem to think he snarky and arrogant. Hope they got all the money they could squeeze out of my insurance it’s evident he is all about pocketing as much money as possible with out investing into his practice not taking customers satisfaction seriously. I’ll be heading to gentle dental where I was offered great service for my next visit to the dentist 😊. Wish you nothing but luck with your mediocre practice. No need to threaten with flagging my profile I wouldn’t think of calling your office again.

My Fiancé has been going to Dr Krauss’s office for years. I had the pleasure of going to my first appointment today. I was greeted by Amber who was very welcoming and emailed me all the patient info sheets ahead of time. That was convenient. Gina was my hygienist. Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. X-rays. My cleaning was the most thorough I’ve had in years. Her cool music helped! Dr Krauss is amazing and gives such professional advise with ease. Daisy is also there with a smile. I was in tears, not from tooth pain but from being stressed out over dealing with one more issue! A broken crown!! It was Friday afternoon and my plate was full!!
