I have a hard time being comfortable with dentists but the entire staff here makes me feel welcome and the dentist is very personable. She was very open to answering all of my questions and seemed to genuinely care about what I had to say. Lastly I never feel rushed there, it’s a very relaxing environment. I 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling to find a dentist who they are comfortable with.

Don't go there if you have medical never been so mistreated and humiliated in a medical profession. The dentist lied to me about the condition of my teeth. Because I just had xrays and question her about the fractured teeth she said Oh ya your right but if you want caps go to western dental she then cleaned my teeth only scraping two back teeth then making up a score about my gums only checking two. I felt less then because I lost my job and had to ask for medical if that's the way she treats her patients why take medical and beware of the service you receive from this used car sales woman

Gilbert and Dr. Roldan are the best. Very clean and open office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in their duties. With almost no wait time, you walk in and bam! Right back into the chair and everyone is ready to go. I've never experienced any pain during or after a dental visit.

Not sure of others experiences on here but I have always had a great experience at Great Smile Family Dentistry. I love that the dentist does all the cleanings. As some one who worked with dental assistants, and has some knowledge, I can tell you she has great Dental Assistants. They alway remember me and my wife and try to make sure my wife has a great experience every time.

The office staff is nice but the dentist has no bedside manner and treats patients like cattle. Doesn't communicate or express any kindess or concern. Is only concerned about money and seems annoyed when you don't want to pay Xtra for the Super Cleaning that's more than insurance pays for. Went in for a cleaning and filling. Started the filling even though I wasn't all the way numb and I said it want numb. From the beginning, it was painful and became extremely painful. Like electric shocks running down my jaw. I told her it was hurting but she was ignored me and kept on drilling. I almost got out of the chair mid filling it hurt so bad. It's like she was bullying her way through to save money on novacaine. The most painful filling I've ever had. Then the cleaning. Wanted to charge me Xtra (above what insurance pays) for a super cleaning. I politely declined and was shocked when the regular cleaning was little more than brushing my teeth for me. In 30+ years of going to the dentist it was the worst experience I've ever had. Light years worse. I've never been to a dentist that flat out didn't care if you were in pain and kept drilling.
