Who likes to go to the dentist for procedures, I sure don’t cuz it can be uneasy and painful. Yesterdays appointment went amazingly smooth and for me pain free was the best. In and out in an hour, Dr. and staff were friendly, kind. I highly recommend.

Bad service, False advertising.

I have been going to Wellcare Dentistry since 2020 and I keep coming back to them because Dr. Zaven does an AMAZING JOB!!! I dislike (fear)going to the dentist like many other people do but the staff and the Dr. always makes me feel welcome. I don't have insurance so I had shop around but you can't beat their prices and work. I have had alot of work done at Wellcare Dentistry and they have always exceeded my expectations . They are flexible with my schedule which I LOVE!!! The office manager Alejandra always takes time to make sure I am pleased with the work that was done on the day of my appointment. She even gave me her personal cellphone number so I can txt her with any concerns or questions. Dr. Zaven is very knowledgeable, friendly and does an AMAZING JOB!!!! I LOVE WELLCARE DENTISTRY!!!!!

Hands down best dental office I have been to in years. The doctor is great and had me in and out of the office very fast. The office staff is very nice and helpful. All of the workers in the back are very nice. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for good dental work.

If I can give this place no star I would. But this place I don't recommend at all. My wife have had tooth pain and gave a her prescription and messed up her birthday year and we went back for them to change it and the lady with the big fake lips that says she's the manager it's super rude and was acting dumb about it so my wife got mad and told her that what mind of dentist office it was and she told her that her prescription will be revoked they over charged her and they still didn't want to give her the prescription. Worst service ever.

I CANT SAY IN WORDS WHAT A GREAT PLACE IT IS THE STAFF AND DR ARE AMAZING PEOPLE!! ❤️❤️❤️ THERES NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO SAY HOW WONDERFUL THEY TREAT EVERYONE THE DR HAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST HEARTS.

Doctor Z, and his staff are absolutely some of the most wonderful, compassionate group of people I have ever had the privilege of being a patient of. He’s work is impeccable and done with great care. Now his staff/team are just as wonderful and top notch to any I’ve ever experienced!!! I can’t thank them enough for the amazing smile 😃 I now have ever day. I just can’t say enough about this group of people.

Amazing dentist. I think the best in town. The team is helpful and friendly. They are clear on what they are doing. I've been for extractions. Didn't hurt, sewed me up and gave me prescriptions for what I needed. I've just not been to a dentist this good in this state. My friend referred me and I would say give this office a try.

I found this place via Google maps while searching for a spot to acquire replacement retainers, as mine had cracked at the bottom arch. Parking wasn't an issue and I was able to acquire a spot and speak with the front desk. The staff at the counter was very accommodating towards my request and offered a reasonable quote for replacement retainers, explaining in detail the process while providing a timespan to when I would need to come back. Once my appointment was scheduled I was able to see the dentist within the hour, who was very communicative and personable towards my inquiries and concerns. I enjoyed the experience because wait times were pretty short and was given recommendations on brushing techniques as well as items to buy for my retainers if I wasn't in the area. Overall, would recommend my friends and family here because of the positive familial experiences shared with both the front desk and dental staff, coupled with wait times and appointment selections that address your immediate concerns compared to other spots in the area that might be more busy.

Don't go to this dentist office one of the dentist there is unprofessional, and doesn't have enough knowlede regarding teeth , also rude dentist with a dirty office environment as well . the dentist there gave me a false tooth examination information, I went there months ago for x-rays, one of the lady staff members there who did my x-rays gave me a dirty lead apron . I saw the lady grab it from next door dental chair and it was still wet from previous use of a person who got dental work done ! I even told her this lead apron is wet and looks dirty. And she didn't say anything and it looked like she didn't even know English like a language barrier or if she did know English she didn't care and ignored me . After x-rays got done the dentist wanted me to remove my mask I was confused about it and asked him why ?the reason why I asked the question why was because i thought he was going to first explain about my xrays and than maybe check my teeth if needed . He didn't tell me why I needed to remove my mask and immediately left to the front receptionist telling the male receptionist there that I was refusing to remove my mask which was not true ! I simply asked him why ? and he never responded back to me instead of communicating with My like a professional real general dentist he went to tell the front office receptionist that I was refusing to remove my mask ! The male receptionist was more professional, and a kind person and he simply explained to me why I needed to remove my mask instead of the dentist explaining this to me . Than when the dentist checked my teeth and talked about my xrays he told me one false information about one of my teeth he said my root canal was infected and that the root canal and tooth needed to be removed and that he couldn't even do the job because it would be to much of a risk the work .I went to 2 other dentist offices for xrays and teeth examination they told me the root canal and tooth does not need to be removed and that all it n

Worst customer service If you I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mother who is ill with cancer stage 4 had an appointment to get a tooth out. When she called to get information she was told that for the tooth removal it would be free because of a promotion . When arrived she got her x-rays done which she knew she had to pay for and was told that she need her teeth removed because of a tumor that is growing on her cheek. The guy at front desk was very rude when she approached him. He told her it wouldn’t be free without even bothering to check her if her insurance would cover the procedure. He proceeded to joke about her and said if in that case he could just yank her tooth out with his truck. All they care is about money and treat customers terrible not knowing what they are already suffering. I will be contacting BBB. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the way they treated my mother was unacceptable. I just can’t believe knowing the terrible news she received they decided to joke about it.

Excellent service. I was able to get a same day appointment, which is rare these days. Staff is caring and sensitive to your needs. The provider has "THE BEST" bedside manners one could hope for. Their prices are reasonable and they work with you if you don't have insurance. I highly recommend this place

One of the best dental offices I have been, doctor and staff are very professional, doctor had to fix the wrong work done by a dentist from another office. All the work done was incorrect and doctor redid the work and did a perfect job, thank you so much

I cant believe they have a person like Alexandra working at a professional place. The doctor is a nice person. He did make a mistake with me but was very professional and courteous; however the lady with too much plastic surgery that looks like a blow up doll is so rude. When I had to go to another dentist to correct what they could not fix. I a had to call them back to make sure I wasn't paying twice for the same procedure. Well she answered and was so rude I could not believe I was hearing what she was saying. actually calling me ignorant for asking for a description of charges. I don't know if there is a place to report someone like her but the fact the doctor allows such a horrible person to represent his office makes ose respect for him.

I went in for an emergency. I had severe pain in one of my wisdom tooth. So long story short i had all four wisdom teeth removed and I waited about an hour to get taken into a room but the removal process was fast and painless. Really recommend coming here for extractions.
