Brentwood Dentist – Parkway Dental Care

Great first impression. Like Ebony said in the comments I was drawn for dental cleaning which I didn’t mind as it was covered by my insurance. My implant is in next 2 days then I’ll put up with the right words about the experience but so far this is the best dental I’ve found including the staff is amazing. It’s my 10th dentist and before them all of them tried to grab money and I’m a very genuine customer and want worth of my money and do not like to get taken advantage as I felt like it is a big money connected scam chain by keep referring to another dentist and specialists for some unknown procedure to do.

Love my experience everytime i come here the staff is pleasant and remembers my name the energy is always calming!

My whole family comes here and they have been wonderful helping us with all our different needs

Good place to get your teeth checked um very respectful and I liked that I was askd if I wanted water and I really do like the service and I would recommend them to a family member and friends

Today was my first time at Parkway dental and it was by far the best experience I’ve had visiting the dentist. The staff was amazing! They we’re super sweet, got me in quickly and made sure I was always comfortable, they were very helpful when it came to breaking down the cost of my dental work, and they gave me lots of good info when answering my questions. I really like this location and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Being a newer resident to the Brentwood area, I was in search of a good local dentist. I came across Parkway dental care and thought I’d give it a try. The entire staff exceeded my expectations. Everyone there was professional, friendly, and accommodating. They have the newest technology to Visually show you exactly what’s going on inside your mouth in a way so you completely understand. One of the things I appreciated most was their financial advisor at the end of my service. She will break down the cost of the entire service, set up an action plan to how and when each service should be treated, and they even provide services for children! I would highly recommend Parkway dental care!

I've been coming here for years. Staff is always helpful and personable. Anything from fillings to Invisaline, they have you covered.

Shady business. Lied to over the phone about prices and services. Wont be coming back. Go to East bay dental on Lonetree, more service per dollar spent.

Best experience ever!!! I was so nervous, but everyone was very kind. They put me at ease and provided me with the best customer service. Amazing staff!!! All information was up front, they were transparent with the services I needed and the cost. They guided me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this Dental practice.

Parkway Dental has truly changed my life! I had horrible front crooked teeth and bad cavities from years of neglect. They were able to achieve what other dentist wouldn't even attempt! Highly, highly recommended them..

I stumbled across Parkway Dental browsing the web for wisdom teeth extraction. When I learned the consultation was free, I made the first appointment. First impression was great. The staff was friendly and I felt comfortable. My only caveat is that I felt immediate pressure to get my teeth cleaned. It had been years since I had a cleaning, mainly because I was saving my annual benefit allowance for the extractions. Wisdom teeth extractions are expensive and I did not want to pay for services out of pocket. Well long story short, and after being told the cleaning would not affect my benefits, and after reiterating countless times I was saving my allowance towards the extractions, I left their office with a $300++ bill. And had to be referred elsewhere for the surgery because they thought it would be best I see a specialist. Not to mention this isn't my primary dental office and I am not sure I would even switch at this point. Everything seemed like a money grab and I definitely experienced the ol bait and switch. Overall my experience wasn't bad but I don't enjoy being taken advantage of. I would caution anyone if considering this place to confirm what you are paying for and the associated costs prior to getting services.

Love this dentist and all the employees all very kind and give you time and pay attention to you. They made me feel very comfortable and they are very knowledgeable with what they are doing I have had bad experiences lately with Dentist offices until I came here I would recommend to everyone!

Love Dr. Rizvi and his staff, they are so caring and kind. After having an awful experience with another dentist and not wanting to ever see another dentist, Dr. Rizvi was excellent in his care and restored my confidence that there are kind and gentle dentists out there. Thanks to his staff they assured me that they would take good care of me through my procedure, and they did. Thank you Dr. Rizvi and your wonderful staff! You rock a 10 star, but they only allow five!

Everyone is so nice and thoughtful. I was afraid of dentists, but my experience here was great and pain-free that I am not even afraid of a tooth extraction anymore!
