The best dental care i have ever experienced 10/10 recommend!

In four years of visiting this dentist, I found the first three decent or above average. Cleanings performed by the hygienist were quick and painless. But the recommended orthodontist onsite wasted my time in 2021 with back-and-forth and last-minuted cancelled appointments and then asked me for $3500 the day of the “free” examination. I did not engage further in what was obviously a poor feint, but continued to receive cleanings. Then at the beginning of 2022 not two weeks before my next cleaning, I received a bill for my last cleaning with a handwritten note that said my ~$100 balance would be sent to collections if not paid in less than 30 days. Despite not remembering receiving a previous bill, I gave the situation the benefit of my doubt and paid it without incident, returning then for my next cleaning. I received no bill for this visit for five months. I pay all my bills within a month of reception. Again, approximately two weeks before my next scheduled cleaning, I received a bill with a handwritten note that threatened collections for a ~$100 balance. I realized that I was not in error, but this dentist is threatening to file fraudulent statements with a credit reporting company and collections service. EOBs are not bills and not to be relied upon as a billing system; they exist to make sure that I know medical providers are not overcharging me. After writing my initial review, it was removed which is usually done by user report. After writing an earlier version of this review, the office called me twice and left minute-long messages. Amazing that a bad review merits two minutes of phone calls, but nobody could call to inform me of a balance due or wait until I was in the office to threaten me in person. Any medical practitioner who would report a $100 balance to collections is not a health practitioner. I so love this office! I've always been totally afraid to go to the dentist my teeth prove this to be true unfortunately I've been to Precision Dental multiple times now absolutely love the staff friendliest people I've encountered in a dental office. Yesterday I had my cleaning done, Jennifer the hygienist did a great job my teeth are challenging but she took her time made sure I was comfortable. I am so happy with the results a work in progress. I am seasonal resident and don't have a dentist in Cathedral City. This past weekend I got an intolerable tooth ache and waited until Monday morning at which time I called Precision Dental. They were able to accommodate me that morning at 10am. Dr. Elraheb was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and took the time to clearly explain the diagnosis. In short, he gave me a prescription for an antibiotic for an infection and a pain medication as and if required. That will take care of things until I return to my primary home in a weeks time. I can't be more emphatic in praising Dr. Elraheb and his staff. All are genuinely caring and even without having U.S dental insurance, a fair and reasonable cost

First, everyone was wonderful. From the front office people to Dr. Elrahebe. The practice is first class. Diagnosis was accurate as I was seeking a second opinion regarding my molars. I was very pleased although, I dreaded to hear it. More dental surgery coming soon.

Had a dental issue that needed to be looked at asap. They got me in the next day and were able to fix it right away. Everyone from the front desk to dentist were amazing. I have made the switch and they are now my primary dentist.

Excellent group high quality work and great atmosphere.

I went in to address a problem with a broken molar. I couldn’t afford the uncovered cost to repair the tooth and requested that the Dr. pull the tooth out. He would not do it and got angry at me for not following his plan of action. He sent me to an orthodontist surgeon, but the surgeon couldn’t see me till mid October. My mouth was in pain but the Dr. didn’t seem to care. He scared me enough to seek out a new dental office, who fixed my tooth by extraction (like I wanted) the same day. I will NOT be going back to Precision Dentistry ever again!

Jennifer cleaned my teeth yesterday. She is the best hygienist I have ever been to. She is professional and sweet. I highly recommend this dental office.

I had problems with most of my teeth. My life revolved around my tooth problems. After I fixed my teeth I was so surprised how much my life improved. I had been to several dentists before him but there was always a reason I was scared away from fixing my teeth. I went to Dr. El Raheb once a month for a year and he completely changed my life. I highly recommend Precision Dentistry.
