I called this place after being recommended to them and asked if they were in network, they said yes. I then go into my exam appointment and do very minimal work just a cleaning and an exam which my insurance covers at 100% with no deductible. A while later I receive a bill for $103, hm must be a mistake. I go in for my treatment and ask them where the bill came from and they weren't even aware they were out of network. Then I call my insurance and they had billed me at their own fee schedule and billed my insurance for the full covered amount. There was never any notice on this at all. Be very wary of these people they're either incompetent or really just have no clue what they're doing. Now I need to start all over finding a dentist and I need to pay for my exam and x-rays out of pocket because they billed them to my insurance already. 10/10 do not recommend.

Dr. Abbott is the absolute best! He had been the dentist for my mom and I for years (until I had to temporarily switch insurance companies) but I can't wait to go back! He always did such an amazing job diligently cleaning while also being gentle and always provided the best care. He even told me what he looks for when examining for cavities which I thought was really cool! I always felt that he had my best interest at heart at all times and I really miss the atmosphere of his entire office. This is the place to go when you want to feel like you are being taken care of by your own family members.
