We went to Dr Yu for years before the Camp Fire and had to move afterwards. While vacationing in Chico, I broke a tooth and Dr Yu was able to get me in for the repairs. I have not found a better dentist. We love you Dr Yu and Holly.

Beyond RUDE. I called for some information and the receptionist answered the phone literally saying “what”. I then introduced myself and explained why I was calling hoping it was a mistake. She then was extremely rude and I asked her regarding my account and refused to help me. I am shocked. Not a proper way to run a business, especially in this town.
