Smile Center: A Disappointing Experience

If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy dentist in Chico, CA, Smile Center is not the place for you. Despite being categorized as a dentist, the services provided by this business are far from satisfactory.

One of the customers who visited Smile Center shared a terrible experience. The customer was advised to get dentures because all their teeth were rotten. The customer agreed to the price and mentioned that they would be using a credit card to pay for the services. However, on the day of the appointment, the customer was informed that they would have to pay hundreds of dollars more because the business gets charged each time a credit card is used. This was not mentioned earlier, and the customer had to pay the extra amount to get their teeth fixed.

Furthermore, the customer was asked to leave their dentures with the business for three days, which was not mentioned earlier. When the customer returned to collect their dentures, they were informed that they had to pay an additional $375, which was not mentioned earlier. The customer was already broke and had paid a lot of money, and now they had to pay more.

The worst part was that the customer's two front teeth were a shade of grey, and their smile was not the same as before. The customer's teeth were shorter, and they were heartbroken. The customer did not want to go back to Smile Center because they could not trust them.

Based on this customer's experience, it is not recommended to visit Smile Center for dental services. It is essential to choose a reliable and trustworthy dentist who can provide quality services without any hidden charges.

I would NOT recommend the Smile center for anyone. Go somewhere else. I went to them and they advised me that all my teeth were rotten. I had to get dentures. They gave me a price and we went over everything and I told them I had to use a credit card. The day of the appointment after all the work was done she advised me that it would be hundreds of dollars more now because they get charged each time credit is used. So I paid the extra because I wanted teeth. Them on my appointment to finish them she told me they had to keep them for about 3 days. Very upset and at that point she said” that’s why people get 2 sets” but she never once said that. Went to get them 3 days later and we were done and at that point she says ok it’s $375. I said what? You never advised me of this so she said ya, the insurance didn’t pay what I thought they would so this is what you owe. This is after I had already paid a lot plus extra. So I come home and look in the mirror and my two front teeth are a shade of grey and I hate my smile. My teeth are so much shorter that I can’t barely see them when I smile. Nothing like how my smile was before plus grey front teeth. So now I am broke and so heartbroken I do not want to ever go back because I can’t trust her. So it totally sucks and I hope nobody else ever has to experience this awful life event like this. Beware!!!
