James was super helpful with me. He took a lot of time in explaining and reexplaining everything for me so that I really understood all my options. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was patient with me. He was very sweet and had a bright personality. I felt really cared for here.

I heard about this place from word of mouth. I didn't know much about it, but the girl Santana made me sooo comfortable and took away all my bad memories i have of going to the dentist. She literally did what my husband and therapist could not. Calm my fears about the dentist. I have had so many bad experiences at the dentist offices in the past. Neglect and the mistreatment was terrible. From not doing the work properly to ignoring concerns i have about gum abscess. So needless to say. I hate the dentist. But the young lady helped me through it and now i am not afraid to return. As long as she's there! She is angel!

The worst experience we've ever had, rude to my disabled boyfriend. Didn't do anything we were promised. We drove all the way from susanville for the doctor to do nothing for us. Waited for over an hour. Dislocated his jaw. Dropped instruments in his mouth. Disgusting rooms. Don't ever go here.

So, I am a new patient at Western Dental, and my dentist that did my work is Dr. Aleta. I just want to take a moment to highly recommend her. She definitely explains everything she is going to do, and listened to all my concerns and did what she could to address them at every point throughout my treatment. She has a very gentle but effective touch while she is doing the dental work, and professional and attentive bedside manner. I was very worried about the dental work I had to have done but once I trusted Dr. Aleta, everything worked out! I felt she heeded my cosmetic concerns as well and the work came out looking beautiful! Thank you, Dr. Aleta! The only reason I only gave four stars is that it's a little hectic in the waiting room. I can tell the ladies behind the counter are working hard, but it did seem a little rushed and confused at times. They did answer all my questions though and did their best to explain the billing, insurance, etc. Just DON'T FORGET TO WEAR A MASK, it's important in their office. Also be sure to double check your appointment times as there was some issues with scheduling, but they did their best to make it right in the end. The x-ray techs and dental assistants were also very kind. Thanks for helping me, Western Dental. <3

Amazing staff and dentist! I just moved from Washington and found this place, and they are all amazing! I had two replacements for old fillings and I felt no pain and the dentist was very quick and excellent at telling me what she was doing when she was doing it. I was in office for over an hour and a half and ultimately accomplished nothing in my visit other than scheduling for a later date. The front desk staff seemed inconvenienced by my questions; the dentist was looking at months-old information, cutting me off when I tried to speak, and speaking to me as if I knew nothing about my own hygiene. The dental assistant was the only one who apologized for the ultimate waste of my time and assisted me in any way.
