They will take advantage and over charge you just to put more money in their pockets. I have had a “new bill/balance” every-time we had a visit. I have asked them about charges before and they claimed those were a mistake. But never said anything if I would have paid them. They do not do well with reporting charges AT ALL. My family and I are very unhappy and will not be returning. We went to them from 2021 to February 2023. And this has been a continuous problem. Just be careful, because they will take all that you have. No joke.

I first visited this office after several poor experiences at other offices that also eventually lead to a tooth infection. I am glad that I found this place and consider myself extremely lucky. Dr. Selvanathan has always been friendly, kind and I feel like everyone working at pristine dental really care and have your best interests at heart. So I always recommend them to anyone I meet and tell them how great my experiences with this office have been. I've gotten my first implant here, been treated for a tooth infection, received a cap on one of my teeth and come here for regular dental care and cleaning. The hygienist here is also amazing and does an awesome job! Really recommend this place if you are looking for a new dental office.

I noticed immediately the first rate care and consideration taken to provide an excellent visit with everything already in place to maximize efficiency and deliver such competent, gentle care with excellent communication. Dr. Nathalie Selvanathan has all the qualities that one desires in a dentist, which I consider the most important member of my overall health team. It was so refreshing to find myself in the care of Pristine Family Dentistry. The dental assistant, Shilpa, is equally top notch and so lovely that relaxation comes easily. Dental hygienist, Carolyn, has the best skills needed for her job, too. Such a good, light touch with total dedication to giving the cleanest teeth result and guides the patient to give more attention where needed with helpful hints. A very fastidiously clean and welcoming practice where it is clear what great teamwork is functioning for the patient's best results. The knowledge and integrity of these individuals for their patient's good is very gratefully received when one has experienced a different mode of operation where trust was not gained. I am so thankful that my husband found this wonderfully skilled office for our needs and the peace that comes with knowing this level of expertise is available to us.

Dr Katz is the most compassionate, caring, considerate Dentist I have EVER been to. He took in my disease and took care of my mouth without a blink!! And not to mention my anxiety issues!!
