I want to say thank you to Pure Cypress Dental. Starting with Joel the Manger for making everything Happen. I’m Am grateful that I’ll be starting my Aligners as soon as possible, I am very excited. Donavan went ahead and assisted Dr. Tsai for my filling. He also scan my teeth for the Aligners. Jordan the hygienist did a very great job on cleaning my teeth and placing the Arestin in my gums. I will absolutely be coming back to this office. Great customer service.

This is my first time at Pure Cypress Dentist, but I can honestly, seriously say that everyone who works here (the ones who helped me specifically are Donavan, Joel aka forehead, Jordan, Dr. Padia, and Gabby) are incredibly nice, helpful and funny. Having them help me out with my first visit in a very long time made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while they worked with me. They can definitely crack some jokes, but they get their jobs done incredibly well. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who asks, and even when they don’t 🤣. Thank you all so much for making me laugh today, you truly made my day better, even though y’all had to clean my teeth 🤍 (ps. The backpack was teal, not green 🤣)

This place was great! haven’t been to the dentist in awhile and as a new client the experience was very welcoming and the staff was very friendly. As I walked in Gabby greeted me nicely. Joel the manager is a chill guy made me laugh while Jessica was taking my x-rays. I was feeling nervous at first but Joel and Donavan made me feel comfortable by cracking jokes. Dr. Tsai gave me a really good cleaning. I had a great time. Next time when I walk in a dental office I won't show up with ankle socks. Other then that this office deserves 5 stars.

I want to take my time out and say thank you to Joel the manager for setting up the appointment for me. Dr. Loftus did an awesome job prepping my Teeth so I could get new crowns. My experience was amazing, outstanding. I have been to multiple dentist and nothing beats my experience I had today. Dr Lofins- she is amazing, very patient and explains every process there each step. Jordan- AMAZING hygienist cleaning lady. She took her time and patient on me with just a simple cleaning and even asked if she could take off a little extra plaque for myself. Donavan- very patient while doing a bunch of X-rays on me.
