Our whole family has been going to this dentist for a few years. We are very happy with the good work they do and how friendly and personable the staff are. The dentist and dental hygienists are great with children. I have needed a couple of fillings and they were very quick and painless compared to prior dentists we have used. Also, the routine cleanings are quick and much more comfortable than any other dentist I have been to. My mouth doesn’t hurt when they are over. My daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed and they did a great job with that also. Overall, the dentists are great, the office is very nice, and they have state of the art equipment. The experience is as good as can be at the dentist.

Had a great appointment with Jenn and Dr Emamian. The office staff is very nice and I felt very well cared for.

My wife and I have been coming here for about 4 years now. Absolutely love the Dr. and his staff. They did an amazing job with an implant as well as routine visits. Highly recommend anyone come here. We drive from Lake Tahoe because we found someone we trust.

I have never had such an amazingly positive experience with any type of doctor in my entire life and the team here at El Dorado Family Dental went way above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, secure, and taken care of. I give props to all of the staff here as every single one of them was absolutely amazing and wonderful, but I do wish to give specific thanks towards Dr Rika :) I originally arrived to their offices to fix a tooth I had broken in half, and while I was in a traumatized state with my mouth being split open, I had started to freak out and shake and hyperventilate. During the situation, I was completely taken care of and was made to feel as though my own parents were caring to my every concern and making sure I was physically and mentally okay to continue, and offering to take as much time as needed. I will continue to come here for the future and am telling every person I meet and all of my family to come to the kindest and most professional staff I have ever met in my life. Thank you so much for doing what you do and I can't thank you enough for exuding such excellence and care towards others!

This place is great! I highly recommend going here. All of the times I’ve visited El Dorado Family Dental they have always been very welcoming and informative with what care I need. All the procedures I’ve had have been very well done and I feel taken care of.

Multiple crowns and fillings. The quality of work - specifically the attention to detail and the thoroughness - is the best I've experienced. One can easily see they love their work and take pride in the results. I think too many people place top priority on their comfort rather than getting good quality work done. Although I did not feel a thing during any of the procedures, the reason I am locked into this dentist is because I am 100% confident in their judgment and quality of work. I told them they need to raise their prices (I really did!)

Staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. Extremely satisfied with their service.

1st Review: Left half a tooth in my daughters mouth on first visit and was very rude on the second visit. 2nd Review: You just proved how rude you are based on how you started off your reply, "we wish you were there in person to judge for yourself". First off my wife was there with my daughter. Secondly it is very rude for you to insinuate that what my wife and daughter are liars. The rest of what you are saying is complete word vomit. I also find it interesting how you never acknowledged the fact that you left half my daughters tooth in her mouth during a tooth extraction on her first visit which took place about a year or two ago. Bottom line is that you were rude. You can reply to me making it seem as if you weren't, but the truth is the truth and if it only happened once than quite honestly I would not have left this review. However after a few interactions I decided it was worth submitting a review so others do not have to go through it. Furthermore when i called your office to submit a complaint you again acted as if my wife and daughter were lying to me as if they had something to gain from it. I truly hope you learn from this and only hope good things for you moving forward. For now I will be going elsewhere.

I am very happy with the implant I received from Dr. Albik. I was worried at first because I had heard that people can have problems with their sinuses with an upper jaw implant. But the doctor did a great job and I am not experiencing any problems with my implant. It feels very natural. I am glad I was referred to Dr Albik. I won’t go to any other dentist if I need another implant.

Dr. Albik was always fantastic. I needed extensive work done on a botched root canal from another dentist and El Dorado Family Dental was fantastic in fixing the problem, explaining everything along the way, and creating a comfortable and relaxing environment.

Great dentist! This was a family recommendation from my sister in law my wife went first to check it out and we loved the office staff and the doctor is very informative. He takes the time to review every the had rattled off to his tech. Awesome dentist office!

EDIT: Dr. Albik personally apologized for the incident and compensated me for the experience. Dental Scam. Get a second opinion. I went to get x-rays and a cleaning. The Dr. told me I had a few cavities and needed a crown (i.e. file down my tooth and put a cap on it). I asked why I couldn’t get a filling and he didn’t have a clear answer but said it had to be a crown. The secretary then tried to convince me to pay the $1,500+ cost of the crown upfront that day. I decided to get a second opinion from a different dentist's office and the Dr. said that there is NO WAY that the tooth needs a crown. He said, “I guarantee you if you asked 100 dentists they would all agree you don’t need a crown.” The new dentist also said that two of the "cavities" found by the Dr. at El Dorado Family Dental weren’t cavities and didn’t need fillings! Dr. Albik was kind enough to call me and apologize for the experiences, compensated me for my visit and gave be some gifts. Although this was very nice of him, I still think it is important for people to know. Going to another dentist saved me $1,968. Get a second opinion!!

Excellent dental office. Everyone here is compassionate, gentle, kind, and you can tell they love their work. Staff and doctors alike are all so sweet and do everything they can to take the best care of patients. Highly recommend this place to literally everyone.

If you are scared of going to the dentist like I am this is the office for you! From my initial contact with the office they were professional and treated me with kindness. I was referred to this office by my mother which is a compliment in itself. Called on a Friday in pain and had an appt booked for Monday. Much appreciated! I’m terrified of the dentist because I had a traumatic experience as a child and so far no other dentist had helped changed my opinion of the dentist:( BUT that has changed! The very nice woman that took me back made me feel very comfortable and took some X-rays. After she took the X-rays Dr. Rika Ashraf greeted me with the most comforting smile. She lead our conversation with positives of my tooth health which made me feel so much more comfortable! We made a plan of relieving my pain for this initial visit and then made a game plan to move forward with getting my teeth health much better! From dr. Ashraf to the entire office everyone was so nice and treated me with respect because teeth issues is a very personal embarrassment. I already booked my next appt!

I had a really pleasant experience! I’m a medi-cal patient and there’s no way I’d ever find an office as nice as this one with the perfect staff to complete it. :) The only thing is, I went because I had an infection in my gums (pus, gross taste, bad breath, the whole shebang!) and left without any meds, or information on how to get rid of the infection...besides being told I have to get my wisdom teeth out, which would take weeks for my insurance to approve. Definitely don’t want to have to taste and swallow pus for 3 weeks! I started losing my appetite and getting feverish last night and ended up having to call my primary care doc for anti-biotics :(
