I called Yu Smile and got appointment the next day. Everyone was nice and friendly. The receptionists greeted me when I came in. The assistant was very patient doing the x-rays. I have been with Yu Smile for over 4 years now, and I am very happy with their work. The staff are both warm and professional. Dr. Yu really knows what she is doing and I can tell from the way she works on my teeth that she has a lot of experiences. She checks in with me during the preedure and makes me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Over all, I am happy with the result! Truth be told, Yu Smile is outside of the network for my insurance so I pay a little more out of pocket, but it is well worth it for good dental work. Four years has been good and I will keep going as long as the result is still good! Definitely recommend for others to try!
