I had 2 appointments this Friday and when I came in to get started they checked my blood pressure and said it was too high for them to work on me I was very embarrassed they told me that this happened sometimes. It was still upseting and I tried to be patient but they seem nervous and I'm sure if they wanted to reschedule instead of enduring this embarrassment any longer I asked for my money back and all my paperwork and I was just wanted to leave I went to Kaiser to check my blood pressure and it was high But I was stressed and upset due to the fact that I made arrangements that take time off from work and I miss a ton of overtime to be at this appointment just to be turned away because of an elevated heart I'm only 45 years old I'm 6' 7 330 pounds I am a large man but yet in still my heart rate was elevated but I was very nervous and I had taken some caffeine because I had a very long work week I was exhausted and tired and I was just trying to be there at my appointment I did not know that would affect my heart rate but I'd never had an issue with my blood pressure before nor have I ever had an issue with being returned away from a dentist's office so this was a surprise and was very embarrassing to me I don't think I'll be going back

This place is a joke!! Run away as fast as you can!! All they care about is the money!! The “dentist” there is absolutely horrible!! Could have cared less about my teeth and pain! God forbid I asked about the charges, well he made sure I suffered!!! They bring you back in just to charge you and your insurance more, did the same thing with my husband!! Please go anywhere else, maybe your vet?? You would probably get better care and pay a lot less!! Pitiful dentist 🤢🤢🤢

I would not be back and will not recommend going here. I went in for two things one was to get a second opinion about gum treatment and the second because I felt pain when flossing. I was told I needed deep cleaning and laser treatment. I told the dentist it doesn’t make sense because i got the deep cleaning done three weeks ago. Also, Dr Yacoub adjusted the fillings and was very careless and unprofessional when using a probe to scrape off the residue in between my teeth. My gum was bleeding and she hurt my lip when pulling down carelessly to remove the filling’s excess with the probe. I was clearly in pain and she kept doing it. I decided to go to another office and there they were very professional and careful not to hurt me in any way and used the right equipment to carry the adjustment of the filling efficiently.

As an apprehensive first time patient I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was very professional and had a great sense of humor. All of my questions and concerns were answered adequately. My general impression of this office is that the people who work here really care about their work.

i called the emergency line because my temporary crown fell off, the receptionist told me that there is nobody available to help me out today, so i asked if there was anyone else that can assist and she insisted that there was not and told me that i had an appointment this coming Saturday. she kept ignoring the fact that i was in pain and just brushed me off. My last visit was also terrible after the root canal i was directed to the waiting room, i was not given further instructions so i almost left home with my tooth exposed and no temp crown.

I am very glad I chose this dental office. Dr. Smitch is wonderful!!! He truly sets the standards in Dentistry and has provided the utmost attention, care, professionalism and friendliness I have ever experienced in the past. He corrected/fixed my previous dentist's imperfection (improper procedure). I have recommended this office to family and friends. This is my family's dentist from now on.

I have been coming to this dentist for a couple months already. I came in for my regular 6 month check up/cleaning. Just to find out that my cleaning was not going to be able to be done same day because there was only one dental hygienist available. I was upset because I schedule my appointments ahead of time so that there is no conflict with my work schedule. I understand situations happen, but i much rather have had someone notify me in advance that my cleaning was not going to be done same time, so i could have rescheduled for a diferente day all in one. This was very inconvenient. I also asked if it was possible to return at a later time same day for the cleaning and i was told no because hygienist was too busy.

Review your claims with your insurance! they charged me for service that I didn't receive! and to top it off staff is horrible and waited almost an hour to see the dentist, for my first time.

Been trying to find the right dentist for a awhile now, I called in and spoke with Ms. Colibri and she was great made me feel comfortable about the dentist and gave me great information, Ms. Colibri was very professional, funny, and welcoming all in one, I would definitely recommend this dentist to my family and friends!

This dentist was just everything I needed for me and my family, I never write reviews but I had to this time. Thank you dentist of Fontana for taking care of me and my family can’t wait to come back!

By far the best dentist I’ve been to! The front office woman managed everything beyond my expectations, And the the back office was beyond amazing I look forward to taking care of my dental for the future

Very friendly, caring and considerate!

I'm one who has never had a good experience at a dental office, I dread visits. I almost canceled this one. But everyone at this office made me feel very comfortable, they were so nice. The Dentist was awesome, explained every detail, including cost. The dental instruments are upgrade up to date. It's a very clean environment. And you are given an account to review your chart and appointments. I finally after all these years have a peace about dental visits. Thank you.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Bad customer service. Paid over 2000.00 (my part-don't know if insurance was also billed) for a partial bridge that never fit properly. This resulted in 2 rotted teeth that now requires a oral surgeon to remove. Looking for another dental office and oral surgeon.

I had a great experience here. Had some pain that Dr. Christian Schmidt took care of immediately - he works fast! He was reassuring and checked in with me a lot during my treatment, so I felt less nervous. And he didn't try to push any extra services. My deep cleaning by hygienist Daniel was gentle and thorough. The front staff were friendly and got me in and out quickly, which who doesn't want? It's not easy to find a good dentist. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I love this dental office! I have been to several, and this one by far is the best. Dr. Christian Schmidt is super competent, kind, and explains everything clearly. I have extremely sensitive teeth but had no pain during my cleaning by hygienist Daniel Garcia, who also recommended fluoride varnish and MI paste for further protection against sensitivity. I've gotten fluoride varnish before but this application has given me the longest lasting results! The office is very clean and the staff have a genuine camaraderie that makes me feel at ease. Thank you all for a great experience!

Very poor customer service. They make you wait even though you have an appointment for a specific time. They mess with the insurance claims also. Don’t bring your family especially your kids here go somewhere else Dr #Lee just comes in, does what he does, doesn’t explain or answer any questions and they charge almost double then when it comes time to pay for the agreed upon bill they add $200 to $400 more to the bill that is illegal. Do not go here, go to someone else who is more honest and knows how to communicate with their customers.
