This place is the worst, They don't care about you, they don't ask why you are seeing the dentist. It was my third time here to fix something they messed up the first time. I even went back days after my first visit to complain about the same problem only to have them tell me, after another examination, they could not see anything wrong with my tooth. Of my own accord, NOT from advice from the dentist, I got some Sensodyne tooth paste and that seemed to help but I still haver a hole in my filling that this dentist refused to fill unless I had full x-rays and exam. It seems to me like a bit of insurance fraud because they just give you a full exam and they give you full x-rays every time and charge for them, even if you don't need it. On top of all that the girls at the front desk were super rude. They young women giving the x-rays immediately became defensive when I tried to express the reason for my visit at which point I was then accused of being disrespectful and refused service. I would recommend avoiding this dentist. You have been warned!

I’m seating here reading theses reviews, to try to make my self believe I’m over reacting but I’m not !!! This is a family’s dentist and they clearly don’t care if u have other children that can’t leave with anyone else. The lady’s in the front are so rude! We are not going threw COVID like we did at first so idk if it’s the lack of space because that office is very small if that’s the problem u guys should move to a bigger facility. I will be moving my kids we will no longer be giving this dentist office anymore money.

If I can have them zero start I would but the receptionist i don’t know why she still working there if basically people cancel appointment because of her she so rude not even funny I won’t recommend this place

Had an appointment with my husband. They didn't allow my kids to wait in the waiting room due to their policy. They said the kids can wait outside. I was like in this heat there is no way. Very unprofessional. I was upset with their response. So I just canceled my appointment. Looking for a new dentist 😬 Not a place that welcomes families.

January 2021 i went in for a tooth extraction on a molar and it was done quickly and painlessly. The dental assistants and Dr. Ismail were nice and friendly. Even with my lack of full coverage with my calFresh placeholder coverage card. If you have CalViva this office takes it. The only thing ill say and it doesnt have anything to do with the office or employees themselves is call your medi-cal provider or the coverage provider on your card and see about dental coverage through medi-cal, the paper card will only get you 1 free tooth extraction and nothing else through it. Again that isnt to say they dont take calViva, as they do. Just plan for the future and call your coverage provider and ask about enrolling in dental coverage through medi-cal. I was told by a front desk worker that it is free if signed up through medi-cal and theyll be able to do any future work done within the coverage.

Was seen today for the first time and It was a good experience. My original appointment was at 2pm but I was able to be seen around 9 this morning 🙂 Dr Ismael was even able to replace a old silver filling into a white one! Which I love. This place was very straightforward, definitely recommending to my friends n family

Worse dentist to go specially when u got a piece of hanging tooth in severe pain. Well not recommended any friends or family.

The dental assistants and front desk staff are very friendly and sweet. The dentist that I saw (Susan) had an atrocious attitude. She was very defensive when I addressed my concerns. Lacked professionalism, and very easily bothered. Someone who addresses themselves as a “Doctor” should carry themselves with more class, better work ethic, and mindfulness of a patient’s concern. Just because you’re working in the east side of Fresno, accepting Medi-cal does not give you the right to talk to people however you please. I asked for specific services and pricing as well, and was refused the information. Maybe she thought I couldn’t afford it since all I was told was “the insurance won’t cover it” after I specified I was aware and willing to pay out of pocket. Please always speak up if you have any concerns. At the end of the day they are there to serve you and answer your questions. She also asked what type of heart problems I had, I explained what it is and she had me scratch it off on the form we fill out and told me to say I don’t have heart problems because then she wouldn’t be able to work on me without the clear. Illegal much? I will be filing a complaint with Medi-cal as well as DBC. Update: In response to Susan, I pray to God your facility has cameras inside that capture audio. You and the girls that were in there know exactly what you said and what you had me adjust on my medical history form just to bypass insurance approval.

I really enjoyed my visit the staff was very nice and helpful the doctor explained the treatment well and answered all the questions I had.

The staff are absolutely awesome and so kind. I am so happy after each visit. There super fast and know what there doing? I so recommend this dentist to everyone and anyone. Thanks you!!

By far the best dental office in town! My family has been coming here for years & every visit has been pleasant. The entire staff & the doctors are very friendly & very helpful. I highly recommend making this office your go to for all your dental needs.

They are very nice people, it’s a minority owned business too which hires a diverse group of employees which is always a good sign to see especially in a family owned business like this one. They have employees that speak spanish as well which makes it really easy to get service for family members who are more comfortable speaking spanish or who don’t speak english well. The dentist’s are really nice and super patient with people. My dentist made sure i was completely numb before she did any work on me, it shows that they really care about you and that your not just another cash grab for them.

By far the best Dental Office around! The staff are absolutely fantastic! So extremely grateful. Will never go to another dentist.

I have been to this office a few times now and I am surprised they don’t have more reviews! The staff is all so friendly, the girls in the front were so patient with me I didn’t feel rushed or like I was bothering them with questions about my insurance they took their time and I appreciated it because it was new to me and I did not know how it worked

I’ve had a very bad experience with my previous dentist swore I’d never see her again. My sister n law referred me to Dr ismal . I went just expecting X-ray and to look at my teeth tell me what needs to be done then me come back. But he asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and do the fillings I needed done? That was a shock. I said oh yes if you can please. I told him my past experience and he was so kind and paintience . He ended up filling 6 teeth. I was numbed up so good I didn’t feel a thing. Definitely will go back.

I have two children traumatized from a western dental I decided to come here staff is friendly and amazing. They treated them so sweet and the dentist was amazing she was so good with them and made sure to explain what she’s doing and made them very comfortable. Def recommended

Is there anyone who got a wack job from one of the dentists cause I need legal advice

Just had 18 teeth pulled the dentist and staff did a great job I have no complaints and the processes and recommendations were explained well. No complaints.

Went for an annual check/cleaning and got some cavities taken care of, sure, I can vibe with that. They totally rushed the teeth cleaning process after! It was half a$$ and didn’t even offer you a floss option. Don’t know if they have the right competencies of a legit dental office. Seems like they’re just checking off numbers… HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU SKIP!
