Dr. Donan and his staff are awesome. Very happy and satisfied to come to this dentist. Stopped coming for routine check-ups n cleanings cuz of COVID. Finally came back and they do a very good job of keeping things safe and clean. I found this dentist online. I chose Dr. Donan because of the great reviews I read about him and his staff. So far it has been the best experience I've had going to the dentist. Dr. Donan is highly skillful. On top of that, he and his staff make you feel at home and at ease. The staff was very friendly. You are greeted warmly by Maria when you walk-in. Every person that comes in the room to work on you greets you as well. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while so I was skeptical about finally stepping into a dental office, but choosing Dr. Donan's office was the best decision I made. He was gentle and the entire staff made sure they explained everything as they were doing the procedures. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get dental procedures.

Review has been updated! experience EVER! All staff was amazing, Dr Donan is the sweetest most attentive all the way around! I came in with severe teeth decay and they handle it like a champ. Thank you forever Donan and team! though it can be pricey, heads up! VERY LATE UPDATE: I had a reminder of the post pop up and I needed to honestly correct it. It is going to be long though. Every time I was leaving the office they always wanted me write review. Always joking in a sweet way when I would be walking out the door. They are so kind and funny that I finally did it on the last day. They also wanted me to do it there, they honestly said to me "we love to read the reviews and thank our patients in person." Ugh gets me so mad remembering...I had to go to a whole new dentist due to the last day. (Ok so if you had them do this to you then you know what I'm talking about... When they use the blue strip thingy to make sure the spacing is on point.) Well... mine was off and instead of discussing options, he just grinded MY front bottom teeth to get the spacing right (I was numed btw.) I now have my bottom teeth with open exposed center of my teeth. Yup teeth. All front ones, which infuriate me because they are the FRONT teeth(vanity😬). I DIDN'T back on their defense, 😐 I know I should have. One of the big one, only because it's annoying to be asked so many times. When they kept asking me to write a review there without really "asking" and because of other visits towards the end, when I made the mistake and paid the job off before the job was done 😡😭 it felt different when he was he was working on my mouth, I thought I saw what he was doing on the reflection of the visor. But wasn't sure and left didn't really check or think of it really. ( I forget easy, real easy!) I just wanted to go. Something didn't feel right when he was grinding. I saw him (Donan) differently. So I never went back or even communicated with them (duh I know!) Dentist are so expensive tha

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! I went in as a new patient 3 weeks ago, I chose this office as the reviews were good. My experience was quite different. I had sent my insurance card information when I made the appointment, I had someone there contact me a day before my appointment about information they needed. I resend my insurance card again, which they never ended up verifying my insurance and billed my plan 389.00$ for a routine exam. my insurance paid 163$. I was contacted by text message 3 weeks later with a "payment due now". "We will charge the credit card on file." I really wished i would have been informed before my visit of the charges and someone should have verified this before my appointment. Be careful of what you sign there!!! The office charged an excessive amount for services, I spoke with an office manager that didn't have a clue as to what she was talking about... informally done, no invoice was sent to my home with a grace period. I work in the medical field and this is not proper.
