Worst dentist I've ever been to. The first red flag from them was I had a filling-redo scheduled in the morning at around 10am. Apparently they were short staffed that morning, but instead of asking me to reschedule, they just changed the time to two hours earlier and tried to confirm it like that was the time I chose. I told them that wasn't the time I scheduled, and I had the email confirmation to prove it. I got over 5 fillings redone by them, and it was one of the most unpleasant experiences with dentists ever. I am an adult man with a large mouth, but apparently they needed to use a bite block for the entire 6+ hours they did the fillings. They later noticed I had an "abnormal" mark in my front tooth in the x-ray and told me they believe my tooth was broken by the root and had to be removed. They said they would refer me to a specialist to make sure. Two months later I get a call from them trying to schedule me for a root canal. I ask them why I wasn't referred to a specialist and they say they want to just go ahead with a root canal, even though they had originally said they would refer me to a specialist and the tooth would have to be removed. At this point I was suspicious of them so I went to a different dentist to get my teeth examined, and guess what. They told me nothing was wrong with my tooth! This place is extremely shady and unprofessional. At this point, I believe that I didn't even need all my fillings redone, they probably just scheduled me for the long, painful and uncomfortable process so that they could make more money. The fact that they would be so greedy is sad and reflects the grim reality that patients covered by MediCal have to face when finding trustworthy providers.

In love, I got referred here from western dental across the way near sizzlers It's clean the whole staff and I mean from the receptionist to the office manager to the dentist to each one of the lady's inb the back everyone was so nice. They didn't offer the service I needed but I stayed as a patient for other services and really it's a great place!

Honestly I was so upset about today's encounter with the receptionist, not only did I report them to Yelp and Google, I reported them to the BBB. My company is apart of the BBB and made sure I expressed my feeling about how unprofessional this company. I hope you all do the same.

Made an appointment for my 2 year old and when I called to re check what time his appointment was she notified me that they no longer have a dentist that specialize with children so now I have to call my insurance and find a different place , I just wish they cared about patients that already had an appointment and would have notified me sooner !

I do not recommend taking your children here to get root canals done. The dentist that does the root canals is a very cold hearted person and scares children. If your child even asks him a question about the procedure he gets angry and walks off and says he can't do the procedure. (He did this one 2 seperate appointments) This was a waste of time and traumatizing event. I will never return to this office again or recommend it to anyone.

MY APPT WAS SCHEDULED FOR 10am waited 3 hours for them to tell they need to obtain authorization through my insurance. Mind you they called me prior to my appt to see if I could come in early wasn’t able to I asked if they had anything for the following week, nothing fitting my schedule so I kept my 10am appt only because rep said if not we can keep you at 10 I agreed. Obviously they knew they were running into schedule conflicts but yet we agreed on my 10am appt the very SORRY EXPLANATION WAS SOMEBODY WAS EXPERIENCING PAIN. My pain was sitting there for 3 hours to get a prescription DO NOT SCHEDULE AT THIS OFFICE this office is scheduling to many people at once that’s a sign of money hungry!!! Do you really care for your patients because taking up peoples time for 3 hours and try to place blame on patients pain is not a dental provider I want in mouth!!!

I called to make my first appointment and they got me in the same day. The front desk staff are always friendly and know me by first name basis every time I walk in. Dr.Solano is very friendly with an upbeat attitude and the hygienist is also very friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable each time.
