Dr. Dhillon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and the work performed was very efficient and relatively painless during the procedure. I had a horrible experience at another dentist and only looked for a dentist as a necessity for emergency work needing to be done, however Dr. Dhillon was able to see me in the same week, did a full exam (with xrays), and was able to do a temporary crown to help me be able to walk out with a functioning tooth until the permanent came back from the labs. Even though it had been over a decade since my last dental visit, due to anxiety, there was no judgement and I was offered different options for future care to assist with possible anxtiety as well. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful with scheduling, details of care, and gave me a full estimate prior to work being done with my insurance and gave me options without pressure to what work needed to be done that day v.s. what could be completed in the future, and cost wise what worked for me and my needs. Assistants were very knowledgeable and friendly as well. The office was extremely clean and modernized but also very welcoming feeling, without the "smell of the destist" that would normally send me into a panic, which made me feel more comfortable and less stressed during the whole exam. Overall I would recommend Dr. Dhillon and her office (Impressions in Gilroy) to any friend or family member. I will be returning for future care and I am very thankful for the level of care and support the office and Dr. provided.

Great experience at Impressions Dentistry! I got some cavities filled and a cleaning. I was a little nervous because I am 6 1/2 months pregnant but everyone at Impressions helped me feel comfortable and answered my questions!

About a year ago I received treatment to crown two molars. The process used by Dr. Dillon was a computer image instead of the traditional mold.I was not given a choice and I had no idea of this new process. My molars have a cap almost flat that doesn’t have a grinding surface. The floss gets caught under the cap. I was told that I am not supposed to floss on that side. This bothers and upsets me every time I floss. And the cleaning lasted no more than few minutes. She answered a phone call and that was the end of the cleaning. I would definitely not recommend this dentist.

The staff from phone answering to medical preparation is exemplary and the facility is state of the art and the dental assistants abilities are only surpassed by the DENTIST. I have absolutely no reservations recommending Impressions Dentistry for your families dental health. ..BTW..I've never endorsed anything I haven't tried, you will be pleased knowing that the dentists professional ability and courteous staff are a throw back to a kinder caring era.

Pleasant staff, routine teeth cleaning done by the dentist. Office has new equipment, is clean, and staffed by a pleasant team. And the office is conveniently located. Thank you doctor and staff!

Omg great dentist. I am so happy I found them. I was with my last dentist for five years and while they are really nice I felt like I was falling through the cracks. They never did a deep clean on my teeth and I had two crowns replaced in the last three months but somehow they missed one on the upper right side that has decay almost to the point of needing root canal. I had been in pain and knew something was wrong. I don’t hurt anymore. I have another one or two on the left upper side that in time I need to replace. I got a deep clean done of my teeth and one crown. I am so grateful for them. It’s seven months later and I continue to be grateful for them and the work that they do. I needed additional work and they’ve done an absolutely great job.

I found a new home for my all of my dental needs! After a bad experience elsewhere, I was so pleased with the professionalism, experience, and expertise with this modern and clean dental office. It is was well worth the 45 minute drive for me to have found what I was seeking. Thank you to the Dr. and staff for a pleasant experience.

I too am delighted with Impressions Dentistry. Dr. Dhillon did a great job on my two crowns and cavity. I felt totally at ease with her doing my crowns and cavity filling. She also gave me two follow up text messages afterwards asking how I was doing and was everything OK.

My husbands crown fell off over the weekend and they made it very easy and simple for him to go in on Monday and get the crown put back on and they worked with me on a payment plan I could afford. Great place with great energy and love the dentist.
