The dentist do as much work to fill my cavities as she thought she would. She told me that she would tell the receptionist to adjust the bill. As I’m standing in the lobby I hear the receptionist tell the dental assistant she wasn’t going to do it as she says that the dental assistant tells her that she’s talking about my bill. When I go to pay I ask if she has adjusted the bill she pretends that she didn’t know that needed to do this or that this would effect the price. The receptionist next to her assures her that it will change the price. And it did! I am certain that if I didn’t speak up I would have been over charged. Outside of Veronica( I think her name is) the receptionist are cold and rude when you ask about the service pervaded and the price. It does look clean in the office and Dr. Julia is friendly.

I hate Dentists!!! This place is amazing! Staff are professional but human and really care if you are comfortable. I need alot of work. Half the cost I expected. Plus my Dentist looks like a Kardashian !

Super friendly staff, doctor communicated so clearly about every step of the process, benefits coordinator super clear about co pays and cost of services, super clean and modern office and equipment!

Dentists of Glendale is 5 out of 5 stars! Dr. Herbert was clear throughout the visit from start to finish. The office looked clean and organized. The technology is advanced and comfortable. (Not the sharp uncomfortable X-rays back in the day) The assistants Liz and Evelyn are super friendly and explain what they’re doing. Dr. Herbert really explained what I needed and made sure I wasn’t confused. I felt comfortable throughout my visit the whole staff is super friendly. Not sure about the negative reviews but 10/10 in my experience.

My husband went there two days ago, he stayed in that office four and half hours for one tooth. Very unprofessional behavior. Two hours to take x-Ray ,one hour took someone discuss finance. the rest was just a hodge-podge. They are making you wear a mask in one feet when you get up from your chair. Put some dark glasses while they work on your tooth, the trauma they put on his jaw is terrible. When someone already in pain they should be pleasant and soft, treat you like you are important and most of all this!! you walk in with the trust in their hands. The pain never gone he ask to come in next day for quick check up they were arguing with him saying you have next week appointment you should wait. This is a factory not a dental office. They should change their attitude will help to gain honor and respect.

All of the dentists and staff are excellent. Free parking as well. I feel confident that I am receiving the best dental care.

I rarely write a review, but in this case I have to. Had 2 appointments, the first visit ended with an Inconclusive diagnosis and $697 for a series of x-rays, $120 for an exam, and $102 for an office visit. Totaling $919 (I think this is a bit excessive when they have a sign on the door it says $59 for x-rays and exams for a new patient, which I was). On the second visit, I was told the oral surgeon is a contractor who is only available once a month which limits patients' flexibility (this was not disclosed until the second appointment). For both appointments, I waited nearly 30 minutes for each visit and no information from staff while I was waiting.

Okay, this dentist office is incredible. Before becoming a patient here, I was terrified of the dentist, but as soon as my first visit ended, I was no longer scared at all. I knew I was in good hands with caring, kind professionals. Everyone is so kind, non-judgmental (I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time), and amazing. They explain EVERYTHING, go over the details of each procedure, and the financial details before anything happens. I have never experienced anything like this before. Everyone amazing from the receptionists to the dentists to the specialist they have for root canals. Obsessed. Anyone who thinks the receptionists are rude (I've met them all) are totally wrong (sorry bout it!)--they're always sweet to me :)

Wanted to get a regular cleaning done but they refused and would only offer a deep clean. My insurance covered regular cleaning but they still refused. They claimed that someone who needed a deep clean would be hurt if they got a regular clean which makes no sense. Its like saying if you're hungry, eating a snack would hurt you. And that it was either eat an entire meal or eat nothing. They then threatened to call my insurance company to let them know I needed a deep cleaning so that I could never get a regular cleaning from anyone through insurance.

I love Dr. Julia, Definitely worth the trip to her office for me. Her and her staff have been nothing but kind to me.

I had to change dentists after moving to Los Angeles and I have been very pleased with this dental group. The front desk is very communicative, staff is professional, and my dentist was very knowledgeable and detail-oriented in the work I needed done. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone. Rude desk ladies Debbie and Vanessa. Lack of communication or anything to help a customer understand what is happening the day of the appointment and the upcoming appointments. Jennifer Herbert is a rude liar that also can’t communicate the plan or what she knows about my tooth. They put a temporary crown on and it broke they said that’s normal didn’t advise me to do anything for it. They canceled multiple appointments on me and over sell things to me and others while I was there. Trash business stay away for this place!

I’m so happy to find this dentist office I recommend to everyone go there because very good doctors and personal around there thank you everyone.

Wow, I am so glad I found this place. My whole family uses this practice now. Fast, clean, friendly and affordable. They do not recommend things you do not need. Great place. Thank you.

Only reason I give them a 2 star was because the lady who brought my bf out after procedure was very nice and caring. I didn't get her name. The 2 front desk ladies have serious attitude problems. I was dropping off bf, had full face of makeup on for work and lady tells me I have to wear a mask. I hold mask up that she provides us to my face since she asked and I'm a respectful person. As I'm looking around there's 2 kids running around with no mask and 2 adults sitting in waiting room without mask. Then we stand there as she checks 2 people in before us and as I'm waiting just to drop off and make sure everything ok, one of the ladies tells me I have to put my mask fully on. Seems like she just wanted to tell only me what to do and not the other people sitting in the lobby. So then I said I'll just wait outside, stood out there in hot sun for about 10 mins sweating. The ladies should not be at the front desk because they make the whole business look bad. You couldn't pay me to come and get my teeth done here after what I experienced and how I was treated. No thank you. Aren't you vaccinated? Nowhere else requires mask now a days in LA, seems like lady was on some sort of power trip. Don't think she knew who she was speaking to like that. It would be one thing if I was a patient there for a service but I was simply dropping someone off and the ladies knew if I put a mask on I'd have smeared red lipstick all over my face. What a joke!!! Don't recommend unless you want to be picked on, disrespected and belittled.

I don't usually leave one star reviews, but unfortunately this place was a stunningly bad experience. After a nurse took out her anger on me for an appointment I was given but was not supposed to have apparently, I was made to feel not only embarrassed but then the doctor had to come out and explain his nurses overly aggressive behavior to the error, that I did not make. Next, I tried to stick it out, the cleanings there are a nice experience, but I had a few feelings that it wasn't as hygienic as usual offices I have frequented before. Finally that fear was confirmed. I went to them to remove a leftover wisdom tooth, but what I left with was painkillers and bronchitis. I've never had bronchitis before and it was the worst hell of my life for 4 and a half months that followed. I would like to say the receptionists are incredibly sweet, but the rest of the experience was beyond what I would call even a marginally good experience. I have a new clinic I go to, but I feel I have to tell my truth about this experience to possibly save someone else from the same happening to them.

The staff and Dr. Julia are so professional and nice. From checking into for my appointment to discussing payment options, the staff and Dr. are very helpful. I would recommend this location to my friends and family for sure!

It's like buying a used car. Every part of the exam was an upsell/ barter. They eventually "repaired" a filling, but it left the tooth with more sensitivity than I had originally and misaligned my bite. They subsequently would not respond to my calls/ messages to have it reexamined.
