This office is very small, there are no chairs to wait (all 4 are always full), it's equipment and decor are stuck in 1992, and the walkways had not really been cleared since the storm. I needed a small filling, and I'm going to have to wait several months before I can get it at this office. Customer service of doing that type of procedure may have kept the provider "after hours" 30 minutes when I waited that long after my appointment to be seen. The staff is all very friendly and helpful, and I love my hygienist. Today just felt very rushed and impersonal.

I could not be more impressed! They have the friendliest staff, it felt like visiting old friends instead of a first visit. I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness, especially how the RDA wiped down the X-ray machine after taking radiographs.
