My favorite work place!

Absolutely the worst dentist! Dr. Kluss is horrible. I would rather let my teeth fall out then go to this dentist. He can’t even do a block right. He complained that my mouth was too small and he is clumsy. I paid for services I never received. I went to wonderful dentist and had everything fixed. Be warned! I do not leave negative reviews but as RN and patient advocate, I cannot stress enough to find another dentist other than Dr. Kluss.

928/2022 Well I fractured a front tooth abs called Julie who got me in to see Dr. Trebon and his amazing dental assistants. After reviewing the x-rays and talking about options I was referred for the extraction to Dr. Caputo at Orange County Services for Oral Surgery. After the extraction Bonnie at Dr. Trebon's office graciously fit me in and I saw the Doctor and his amazing team in the afternoon for a temporary bridge and will return in two weeks for the permanent one. Amazing staff and so dedicated and committed to excellence. Thank you Alicia Dental. Highly recommended. 9/13/2022 Had my 4 month cleaning yesterday and it's always a blessing going to my dentist although I realize many people dread going to the dentist. The office is so calming and the staff are all wonderful, loving people who are committed to excellence in all they do. Chris, my hygienist is the utmost professional and probably the best hygienist I have seen in my 62 years, just don't tell my wife who is a retired hygienist lol. If you are looking for quality dental care by people who care you must check out Alicia Dental. The dentists are so kind, knowledgeable and professional and the office staff are angels! Bonnie, Jacque and Julie...thanks for being awesome! I highly recommend Alicia Dental!!! Previous visit Today I went in for my regular cleaning and it is always refreshing to see the smiling faces at the reception desk as the ladies up front are a blessing. Chris, my favorite hygienist greeted me and proceeded to prepare me for the cleaning. Chris is a true professional and in my 62 years, clearly the best at his trade. Of course my wife now retired was a great hygienist as well. Gotta keep my points up! Lol Chris did a thorough job as always and after cleaning and polishing had the Dr. take a look at my teeth and gums as a preventative inspection. I can't say enough about the professionalism, kindness and thoughtful approach to my dental care and needs. Kudos to all of you at Alicia Dent

Please beware if they ask you to pay for services in advance, and reimburse after insurance pays them. This happened to us, and they never reimbursed us after our insurance paid. Very unfortunate, and we will be calling the various Insurance Fraud boards and American Dental Association. We do also know a former hygienist and she confirmed that this is a common practice at Alicia Dental. Find yourself an honest Dentist, it makes a big difference for your family.

I have been coming to see Dr. Kluss and Trebon since I was about 10 years old and I am 43 now. You can't find a better office and Dr. Kluss is personable and works very hard and fast to restore your dental health. My daughter has been coming here now since she was about 7 and loves Dr. Kluss. The office is super clean, the staff is very professional and easy to work with, they do their best.

Dr. Kluss is an amazing doctor! I was so scared but he made me feel at ease. Him and his office have awesome customer service skills and have always made me feel welcomed. Would def recommend this office to anyone!

Very pleasant very nice visit

Everyone here is incredible friendly from the front desk, to the woman taking X-rays, she was gentle and efficient at cleaning my teeth as well, the dentist who Did my filling, Dr. Steven was the best! He put me at ease, he did a great job! I can't say enough about this office. My family and I will be back in six months! Thank you again!

I am a very hesitant person when it comes to the dentist as is most people. After visiting today in a referral, I'm excited to take my dentistry needs here. Very warm, calm and understanding office that made me feel at home from the first minute.....

Always a great visit! All the staff are great and you're taken care of in a timely manner. Dr. Kluss is the best! I have been a patient for 15 plus years! I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Excellent service and attention to detail. The team went above and beyond for our visit today and did such a great job helping figure out some backend billing issues on my side. Such a great team I will be changing insurance just so I can go back to this team.
