The receptionist Inka/Inca is rude. Really poor customer service talks over you put the phone down sighs and talks back. Considering finding another office. Should not have to deal with this. Havent figured if its the doctors or the staff will keep u updated.

I've been going to K & E Family Dental for the past 4-5 years and I recommend them 1000%. After not going to the dentist for almost a decade (I know, gross) Dr. Lin, Brian, and everyone at the office made me feel at home and takes care of me like family. If you're in need of a dentist look no further than K & E Family Dental!

I had an appointment in the morning, waited an hour in the exam room. I asked where the doctor was, and the staff didn't know where he was. He wasn't even in the office!!! If I hadn't asked, they would've made me wait indefinitely. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional.

I thought this was a great office until the Erin decided he didn't want to work on my teeth anymore because I complained about being in pain from prior work and apparently upset I was calling to find out how to deal with the pain. I live 2 hours away took off work for this man to in so many words he was doing my dental work anymore and he was I only going to do my filings. When im in pain from 2 broken teeth that needs to be fixed. That was u fair and unprofessional in his end. Its sad voicing your opinion is a problem now and days and I felt as if I was being discriminated agaisnt. At this point I wouldn't recommend an office as such. No dentist should decided not to deal with a client behind concerns and complaints. Because if someone states the medication you prescribed isn't helping you should be willing to help resolve the issue not get frustrated and pretty much kick out a paying client.

I would give zero stars if i could. The office staff is horrible. They are disorganized, lazy, and have poor customer service. The doctors do good work but the office staff ruins it.

I've been coming to K&E for my last few cleanings. They are friendly and thorough. They greet you on your way in and you're checked in right away. I appreciate that the dentist takes the time to go over the health of my teeth with me and lets me know where I might run into problems in the future. The cleaning feels very thorough; I can feel them cleaning every single tooth. When they're done, they get you all set up for your next appointment. I also like that they send you text reminders of your upcoming appointment. I highly recommend K&E for your dental needs.

Came in for routine dental maintenance and received all sorts of wonderful tips from Brian ( Dental Hygienist ) on how to keep my gum healthy. He was knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. He was very thorough with teeth cleaning and takes his time giving great tips on oral care. Thanks again Brian for going above and beyond giving patients excellent care ! You are definitely an asset to K&E dentistry . Overall, the staff are friendly and you get reminders through texts and email on the week of your scheduled appointment. Highly highly recommend!

Dr. Chia is amazing. She always makes me feel comfortable and confident when I come get my regular dental cleanings. She is also quick and doesn't keep you waiting long. Everyone here is nice. I highly recommend this dental office.

5 Stars all the way. K&E Family Dental is efficient and has great service. You show up at your appointment time and you are ready to go. Dr. Lin is down to Earth and professional. Highly recommended -- I am doing my Clear Correct Braces with Dr. Lin right now and everything is going great!

I live in Tustin but I actually commute here to get any dental work done for my whole family. Dr. Lin, Dr. Chreng and Dr. Chia I've all worked with. Growing up as a kid, I was afraid of the dentist, and surprisingly all three my little ones love are the opposite, they love their dentists and are happy to beeline to the treasure box after each cleaning. We've been going for several years. I thank my straight teeth to them as well! THANK YOU, K&E!

Had to change dental offices after 4 years. They have really went down hill!!!!! Go elsewhere.

Family dental hooked my fam up

Dr. Lin and his staff were really attentive and clearly knew what they were doing. He helped me with a night guard for my sleep apnea at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this dental office- it’s nice to find one that is genuinely concerned with what’s best for the patient!!

Dr. Lin is the best dentist that I’ve gone to. He is so patient and had addressed all my concerns. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist!
