Staff are professional, friendly and courteous. One of the women in the front office even offered me a water when I was coughing from a case of dry mouth. The dentist was efficient in the amount of time he took to complete my cleaning and examine my night guard. The hygienist was also pleasant. I’ve been coming here for 5-6 years now and the current staff are great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

The dentist does good work but you can't call the office (12 tries, multiple numbers, all day) and you can't leave a message because the box is full. Tried to confirm the $99 visit included a cleaning. It does not if you need deep cleaning. Not even a 5 minute polishing. So if you like to have your expectations thwarted AND not be able to actually talk to the office, this is the place for you!!

Everyone is friendly and very professional. If it's perfection you want then this is the place for you. In the past I had anxieties when I went to the Dentist, but went through the process without any problems at all. It may have taken a little more time but we'll worth it. I received my permanent teeth today 12/22/2022. I am very happy to have received them before the holiday. As mentioned earlier I am very happy with the staff. I highly recommend Lodi Family Dentistry. I would also like to personally thank the team for their support and professionalism. Today 01/11/23 I went in to get an adjustment and walked out happy-go-lucky. I hope other people can be patient as it is well worth it.

Dr. Balseca and staff put my anxiety at ease. I was so afraid to have an extraction and bone graft, but the procedure was painless. They talked me through it and were extremely patient, gentle, and careful. Update: I went in for another tooth; I had fractured an old crown. I am very happy with the efficiency of the office and care of the staff. They answered all my questions, I never felt rushed, yet I was surprised at how quickly the appointment went. Once again, they talked me through the procedure. I left understanding my treatment plan with no pain. I am very happy to have found this dentist!
