El servicio al cliente lo peor de lo peor extrano los tiempos cuando dr Gettas estaba al frente los trabajadores seudo asistentes no aprendieron nada en el cursillo de 6 meses que les dan Como seguir protocolo , clinica sucia y ordinarios .

Love this dentist I will never change my dentist I been going there for like 20 years or more the ppl there are so friendly and really nice I love it there took two teeth out and got my nerves out and I didn’t feel a thing and now I don’t feel anything ima go back next week to finish getting my teeth nice I 100% recommend this place 🥰

El peor servicio que e recibido la persona que me atendió no tiene educación y no tiene idea que es servicio al cliente. Que alguien le diga que de los clientes recibe su cheque. Es una persona de lentes negros pelo pintado como amarillo asco de persona. no se me va hacer sorpresa que este establecimiento vaya a quiebra .

La verdad no me gusto siento que algo no estabien con mi corona de diente ..segun la segunda dentista de ahi mismo que me vio dice que todo esta bien PERO yo no estoy CONFORME no me gusto ademas La corona es diferente color a mis otros dientes..tendre que consultar con otro dentista..

After not going to the dentist for the past 3-4 years, because of bad experiences, and being terrified….I finally had to, due to a really bad toothache that turned out to be infected. Dr. Hala is honestly the best!!! I will never go anywhere else now that I had an amazing experience with her. Again, I was terrified of the dentist to the point where I cry and start shaking. Although I was shaking a bit at first, she explained everything she was doing, step by step and made me feel at ease. She definitely had a soft hand, which is what I appreciated the most!! Thank you Dr. Hala for fixing the pain I was experiencing, and for the fillings. Because of you I will be coming back for regular checkups and I am no longer scared. 🤗

WOW This place is the worst experience I have ever had. Rating a 1 star would be super generous. To start I went to another dentist who wanted to charge 2 times the normal fee so I cam here. I was referred by a friend who had not been here but noticed they were next to King Taco. I walked in explained the situation I needed 2 root canals that I would probably need to see an endodontist. They charged me $20 for the exam (very Cheap). I waited nearly 2 hours in the lobby and 1 hour in the chair waiting for the Dentist. They took X-rays and told me what I already knew that i needed to see an endodontist. I was told that they would call me back after scheduling it at their Santa Monica location. Nobody ever called I called back a few times. After nearly 2 weeks had gone by living with 2 teeth badly in need of root Canals (a broken tooth and a broken Crown) ( my mouth hurts to eat or drink. I finally called and got a run around. I called the Santa Monica location and was told they received no referral that they would have to get the x-rays and the referral before scheduling. I then called back Spoke to the Office Manager who apologized said she was going to have me scheduled as the first patient the following day and they had a specialist coming into the office that could take care of it. I showed up to the appointment and the dentist had no idea why I was there he thought i was just there for a second opinion. he told me he could try but it would be best if he could send me to their Santa Monica office for a specialist to do the work. Because I mentioned The other dentist was charging to much the Front office lady told me it would be 1300 cash upfront and that did not include the crown or other stuff and that the earliest she could schedule me was 4 weeks later. Please save yourself the frustration. The lady's here are unprofessional. the office is filthy there are years worth of dirt and stains on the walls and cabinets and the Paint is peeling off in

Save your time and go somewhere else I ignored the reviews below and I just got bad service the lady at the front desk need to be more professional the owner of this place should be ashamed to hire these lady's

Well I personally experienced and yes it does have long waiting hours even of you have an appointment which you made two weeks ago. This is one of the worst doctor's office I have ever visited.

Dr. Hala is a fantastic Doctor. She is very nice and you can tell she cares for her patients.The staff is very nice and friendly. I will continue my treatment there, and will return in the future.

Very poor help on this place i hope who owns this place do alot of changes if they want to keep people coming to this place ..i schedule an appointment for 3 i waited almost 2hrs to be seen .to make story short i end up coming out at 6:30 ...today i had another appointment at 2 an i was told i was going to be seen until 3:30 like this people have very bad service..there lucky by getting 1 start 👎 thumps down for this place..

Bad dentist place, I made an appointment ahead of time and when It came to the day they told me they found me in their system but not the appointment that was schedule , all they gave me in return was information to go to another dentist place, don’t recommend.

Wow. Dr. Hala Al-Shawe is hands down, by far the best dentist that has ever worked on me. When I lived in the area she was my primary dentist, moving an hour away from her place of work, I began to see other dentist around my area. When my wisdom teeth were giving my issues, well one in particular, I consulted with doctors in my area and they told me that they would have to break my tooth and get it out in pieces, Dr. Al-Shawe got my wisdom tooth out in once piece. I truly believe she is a perfectionist when it comes to her work. They hour drive was way worth it and she will be the only doctor to extract my other 3 wisdom teeth. I'm writing this review a day after my wisdom tooth extraction and I'm healing very well. Thank you Dr. Al-Shawe.

Muy mal servicio. Te dan una cita y te ven después de tres horas. Me dejaron un root canal a medias y ahora no se que aser. Zero estrellas no se los recomiendo. No ballan. Lla peor experiencia.
