I was very fortunate to find Dr. Lim's Dental Clinic. Friendly, helpful, engaging and highly skilled are the terms I use with confidence to give a summary description. Now for the details that I hope other patients may find useful: Over the course of 2 months I want to thank all of the staff that have been active in my treatment and continue to be. I would like to commend Dr. S. Lim, Dr. N. Wachokor, Dr. Balane, CDA Abner, on their skill, expertise, counsel and treatment (procedures including root canals, tooth extraction, fillings and crown work). In addition, I highly appreciate their clear communication and developing a treatment plan for me, calling me after treatments to follow up and see how I was doing (it is extremely rare to find Doctors with such attentiveness to a patient)! I felt that I was actively engaged in developing the best treatment plan for me given situation with regard to insurance and budget constraints, without foregoing any of the required treatment to restore my dental health. Further members of the clinic I would like to mention and thank are both Marisela and Yvonne who organized my appointments and called me or referred my questions to the doctor(s), got back to me with answers quickly. Another great thing about Dr. Lim's Clinic is that they have multiple locations and were even able to treat me at another office location for an emergency! All in all a really phenomenal Clinic that deserves to be recognized. Note about COVID: I had put off going to the dentist for a while due to the entire COVID situation. The clinic's excellent Health and Safety practices were very encouraging for me and made me feel that I am being treated in safe place. I hope this review helps other patients and does justice in expressing my appreciation for the clinic and the staff. *A quick follow up to my original Post: I have had quite a bit of dental work done and completed now and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome! The staff is nice and friendly. I’m not sure if I recommend getting retainers through them. The past week have been less than ideal for me. I got Invisalign through the dentist earlier this summer and I’m almost at the finish line. I had a scheduled appt last week that ended up getting rescheduled because they were behind. I arrive the next day for the rescheduled appt, only to have to reschedule AGAIN because they were still behind. Once I get to that appointment, my final lower retainers were incorrect and I was given upper retainers as well and told that I now have to wear those, too (I only had a lower retainer plan). I went in another time to get a RE-scan of my lower teeth to correct it. I verbalized my frustration to one of the dentists and appreciated their response. They apologized and clarified the next action steps. All of the conundrums that happened in such a short amount of time deeply annoyed and angered me. It's unacceptable.

The reception people we're very very nice, got me water, made it easy for me to check in. However, people who took my impressions did not explain to me what they were going to do with them.I found out they were going to redlineBoth of them. One of the best dentist office’s I have ever been to, I am mad at myself for taking so long to go back only because I’m terrified of dental work and procedures. Dr Lim is a sweet man :) and I have been a pain with all my issues and he has always pulled me through.
