I had a great experience! The best dental office I have ever been too. Such nice staff, makes you feel comfortable and aware of what is going on at all times. I went in for a routine check up and cleaning, it was very relaxing from start to finish. Dr Elmassian was very thorough explaining how to properly brush and floss as well as what he was seeing on my X-rays. Highly recommend to come get your teeth cleaned here as well as your dental treatment. He also accepts PPO insurance!!

Dr. Elmassian and his staff are phenomenal. I starting going to Dr. Elmassian in 2017 and continued to come back even after moving 30+ minutes away from his offices. I've always had slight gum bleeding issues and he helped me improve significantly with his recommendations and guidance. His staff are amazing and so hospitable. They make every appointment that much more enjoyable. If you live near the area, I highly recommend going to see him for your dental needs. My only con is that this location is in the heart of downtown so if you do not have a flexible work schedule to come in at non-busy downtown times (midday-work week) it may be hard to find parking. I usually park at the meters on Grand and 9th as they are much cheaper. If you live North or in the Valley, you might want to consider going to his Pasadena office.

I want to start off by saying that I am not the type to post reviews unless a business has completely blown me away with some sort of excellence. What I loved about my experience in this office is that EVERYONE is extremely friendly and professional. The front house manager greeted me with a warm smile and pleasant conversation right off the bat, which put me at ease. What I enjoy most about this office is that both Dr. Pilikyan and Dr. Elmassian are very thorough with their explanations (both of dental issues and treatment plan), they have an easy hand, and do an exceptional job. I’m without a doubt going to be referring my friends and family here from now on.

Best experience I've ever had at a dental office and I usually hate going to the dentist.. but I'm definitely going to continue coming back here (this was my second visit).. the staff is the best, always making sure you feel comfortable and cared for.. Dr. Joseph does great work with minimal pain (I got a crown and 2 fillings). I'm glad to say I finally found a dentist I can stick to.

Dr. Joe is the best cosmetic dentist around, there is no reason to look further. I have been to both his Pasadena and Downtown LA office and the staff at both offices are great. They have Saturday and late Thursday appointments which helps me find a time where I don't have to miss work. I used to hate going to the dentist but not anymore!
