Tenía cita programada este día lunes , me mandaron 7 textos recordándome que no faltara a la cita , y entrando al lugar recibo un texto que no cita estaba siendo cancelada ya que el doctor no pudo llegar . Son anti profesionales , no me pueden avisar dos minutos antes . Cuando uno falta al trabajo lo hace con dos horas de anticipación . Mala experiencia ! Y la recepcionista muy joven de edad no sabía que explicarme

Una basura. Estuve en tratamiento aqui para ortodoncia y me destruyeron mi dentadura, mis dientes estan perdiendo hueso y eso debido a una mala oractica de sus seudo dentistas. ahora para corregir esto tengo que hacerme una cirugia. Esperen noticias de mis abogados.

UPDATE: Originally I gave this business 5 stars as my first visit went well, little did I know they had no intentions of ever following up. This is a business that will rope you in with your first appointment and never follow up with you. They have left me in the dark after performing surgery 6 months ago. Ive been trying to get a follow up appointment for 3 months now. Yes, 3 whole months of getting the run around. If you are looking for a quality dentist that will follow up with you, DO NOT COME HERE! This dentist office is a joke. A true scam of a dental office. They have literally left me in the dark, and I will be doing the same to them. Again, if you value your time and wellbeing, find somewhere else to go, coming here will only leave you disappointed and frustrated.

Its small and inconspicuous but dont let that fool you. This place is like a hidden gem. This is the best experience Ive ever had at any dentist office EVER. The staff were all so kind to me and treated me with dignety and respect. I was scared because I found a hole in my tooth and started experiencing pain almost right away. I knew it was going to have to be pulled. I called Just Smile Dental Center and they were so accomidating. They got me in for a same day appointment! I even was running a little late and they still saw me (thank God) because I dont think I'd have made it another day with the pain I was experiencing. The doctor managed to numb me and pull my tooth with absolutely NO pain. I didnt feel the needle and I certainly didnt feel my tooth being pulled. It was overall a great experience and I look forward to working with them again.

I finally got invisalign, and I could not believe the low price they gave me especially since the times are hard right now. The process was very easy, and I am very satisfied with my treatment. Nobody was able to finance me but they did. Very happy with everything. Thank you!

I just recently got my teeth pulled out. The experience with the doctor in the office was phenomenal. I felt no pain and I can say I have found my new dentist. Great experience. However only issue was there was no parking because it was crowded. Bought a coffee from Mc Donald’s next door and was able to park there for an hour no problem. Amazing quick service. Okay so as soon as I left this place I rushed to the reviews to see how others felt . And coming to find a few ppl feel the same way I felt . The lady at the counter was rude . I sensed it the minute I walked in . I said hello and She didn’t even greet me back . She just said “sign In” I got a really bad vibe from her while I was checking in .long story short they couldn’t see me Becuz I didn’t have “straight Medi-Cal “which they should have checked all of that before even scheduling me an appointment . All I wanted was my consultation for braces . ThAts it that’s all . Wasted my dam time . And this is for 3rd and Vermont location btw
