I never had a good experience going to the dentist as a kid and I have been postponing check ups for as long as I was able to. I finally decided to go to Mi Dental after my friend's recommendation and I'm glad I did. Dr. Natalia Lee was very gentle and meticulous with my check up and explained everything with details so I could understand and be more conscious about my dental health. The staff is very friendly and they took the time to make me feel comfortable during my visit. The office is clean and all the equipment look brand new, which adds up to the peace of mind and made me feel I was in a safe place. Going to the dentist will never be the most desirable task for me but I can safely say it will at least be pleasant at Mi Dental.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Natalia Lee at her dental practice and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by the friendly receptionist and made to feel comfortable. Dr. Lee is a true professional and her expertise is evident in every aspect of her work. She took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and explain her findings in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. She was also very patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The office itself is clean and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. I appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care that Dr. Lee and her team put into creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for their patients. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone in need of a dentist. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor make for an exceptional experience. I will definitely be returning to her practice for all my dental needs in the future.

To make a long story short! I believe Dr. Lee damaged my filling while doing a cleaning. The office lied and told me my insurance wouldn't cover the filling replacement or the cavity I had. I've been in pain for several weeks only to find out my insurance WILL COVER it and this was only discovered after I called and told them I would pay out of pocket. I tell them I'm in pain she says they have a March 10th appt available. After I mentioned that was unacceptable I get an email today saying they have a last minute appt open. I say I can take the appointment. They confirm only to turn around 30 mins later and say Dr. Lee has an emergency I can come in Feb 28th. Now I'm stuck scrambling to find another dentist bec the filling she damaged has gotten worse and it's opened up a lot more. I can't eat on that side at all. And bec I still have the cavity on the left side I'm in a no win situation. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

I came here for a second opinion after a horrible experience at another office & wow what a difference. Dr. Lee is so gentle and I met with Mariela who explained the treatment to me. It was the most amazing experience ever. Dr. Yang did my wisdom teeth extractions and it was so fast and I felt no pain at all. Definitely recommend everyone to come here.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The dentist was very rough . Was very sore afterwards . They will ruin your teeth, would not even bother to take the responsibility and at least try and fix their mistake.It was a big mistake to go there.

Clean environment and provide excellant customer service. The prices are very fair. I've been wearing braces for two months. At first I was worried about period and pain. Dr.Lee was sure that this treatment was very working. It worked faster and no pain. Thank you very much.

Before coming i called and Jennifer was very helpful with insurance info. The office was clean and Briana- the receptionist was very nice. Thank you Sandra for answering my questions. Dr. Lee was great!

Visit the office for the first time and was welcome by a friendly smile from the receptionist- Briana. I did have a lot of questions and the staffs were friendly and patient with me. Thank you Jennifer to help me with my insurance. Aryana made me comfortable during my treatment. Thank you Dr. Lee for your caring! Office is nice and clean.
