The service is good Iyanna is a very sweet lady. Made my wait time pleasant even though the wait time is ridiculous!! I been there for 3hrs Almost 4hrs and I had an appointment. I didn’t get the dentist name but he was aggressive and unapologetic no apologies for how rough he was in my mouth with a needle! I have to go back next week for my left side praying I have another dentist or he’s more gentle this time. It’s a lot of assistance not even dentist.

I do not recommend this clinic, I WILL NEVER RETURN EVER. The service and experience were terrible, something I never wish upon anybody especially by the manager, Lucia Mendez. Who showed no type of professionalism, respect, and values for the clinic she represents. The 12th of January, I showed up to be treated at this location. Not only were they unprofessional but weren’t providing accurate prices which led them to provide me 3 different prices which in the end, they claimed they had not. Once this issue was brought to the manager’s attention, she not only disrespected me, she chose not to hear my version of the situation and immediately disregarded me and demanded me OUT of the clinic. This was all happening while I was still under anesthesia. By being treated poorly by the management, I demanded to be heard elsewhere and asked for the owner’s information which I was denied to by the entire staff because they claimed ONLY she had the information. The manager has no right to claim the position she has, she tries to intimidate the entire staff and clients. She informed the entire staff to disregard me and ignore me the entire time I was present requesting for more information about the clinic because according to her, everything runs under her rules. I now understand why the staff never lasts at this place, its because of her, LUCIA MENDEZ.

Horrible horrible waiting for over an hour and half in really bad pain and they have me waiting from the pain I want to pull my own teeth just F… staff sees you in pain and won’t say nothing won’t even talk to you

This place does not care about people’s time. To still be waiting in the lobby 25 minutes after my appointment with no acknowledgment or communication, and I arrived nearly 25 minutes early. Another lady has been waiting over an hr. This is ridiculous.

Don’t waste your time! Just by the way they answer the phone should tell you everything. I guess they hire cholas to answer the phone. Horrible!

I had a consultation and the service was fast and friendly. Dr. Hala did my exam with Susana and she was very kind and gentle. (I get nervous at the dentist).

Don't come here very unprofessional. They over charging and scamming. I came here last year and they had broken tools argued the whole time they was working on me. I get a deep cleaning every 2 years they tried to cheat me out of my deep cleaning by giving me a regular cleaning. Stay away from here if u value great service. I'm report them for cheating they customers.

Went for an exam because I was having a tooth ache. The staff is really friendly, the assistants are very polite and funny, they made me feel relaxed and welcome. The Doctor was really nice and gentle while pulling my tooth out. Didnt feel a thing. The assistant was very nice and gave me instructions in what to do after they pulled my tooth. Definitely going back.

I was very pleased and happy with the service I got today. Started with the lady in the front desk she was nice and helpful. I want to give a huge shout out to Annabel, Nayeli, and the Dentist Araxie Getty’s. My experience was very pleasant. The office was very clean and sanitized made me feel very comfortable that they were following COVID protocols.

I rarely write reviews but I truly believe from reading the bad reviews that I need to speak up. I have been coming here for over three years and each time the receptionists and dental assistance have been so helpful so patient and so concerned with your oral health. Dr. Yoon and Dr. Gettas are amazing extremely professional you feel so comfortable and calm when you are in their hands. I believe that all doctors offices whether they are general healthcare or dentistry come with their negativities such as appointment scheduling but I definitely believe that the staff strives to be helpful and professional. I never thought I would say this but going to the dentist is actually enjoyable despite the fact that I have to take out my wisdom tooth.

I been waiting for almost three hours in the waiting room. I’m irritated and hungry why they don’t just give an appointment to the time they are actually going to recibe the patient this is so stupid.

I bring my daughter to this dentistry as well as myself and they do there work very well and are gentle when it comes to children when they are calm but a parent can be right next to him/her in the room. Waiting is a must depending time and day 🤷⏰

¡Worst experienced of my life! I regret going there. Been in pain after I got a crown, but since I already paid the whole amount for it, they said it was too late to complain. Now I have to go somewhere else to get done what they did wrong. Also you can not tell them you're in pain because that's normal to them and instead they will show you some hand-writting notes they have where some how you signed. Notes can be edited and anything can be added or erased.

They take so long just to attend you. I had to wait for about an hour for them just to call me in. After they called me in I had to wait in the dentist chair for another 30-40 minutes. Eventhough you make an appointment they always take long to attend. Not happy with my experience here !

Dr. Frank Rezapour is disgusting and treats you like a number. I came in the afternoon when it was busy and he rushes over to me from another patient with blood all over his mask asking me to open my mouth, trying to hurry up and get yet another patient pushed through their production line?! How do I know he even changes his gloves?? THIS PLACE IS UNSANITARY! I wouldn't be surprised if people contracted HIV or HEPATITIS from this place! I wish there was a review like this posted so that I knew to avoid this place before I ever set foot in the place!
