My experience: Im a 42 year old artist with no dental insurance. I put off going to the dentist for 10 years. I have a bit of a dentist phobia and I finally decided I needed to go. Reluctantly, I googled dentists in my area and found Silvia and read some reviews. I usually ask my friends for referrals but for some reason I decided to take a gamble with my google search. I emailed Dr.Kasparian's office through her website and swiftly received a response. I filled out a detailed questionnaire regarding my past dental history along with the mandatory COVID stuff and some other questions about my objectives and ideal preferences for my appointment. I emoted a bit about my history and my nervousness of the drill etc. In no time the appointment was scheduled and I was finally committed to go. I Ubered to her building on the scheduled day and entered the lobby. It's a beautiful old art deco building with a coffee shop and a guard at the front desk. I spoke with the guard and they verified my arrival and escorted me to the elevator. Arriving to her office I was greeted by the lovely secretary Elizabeth who I had previously corresponded with about my appointment and we talked and joked a bit before she led me to the room. From the get go I felt at ease. Elizabeth is a professional. In a few minutes Silvia entered the room and greeted me. I immediately felt comfortable. We talked openly about my objectives and my dental health and we joked about life and my concerns etc etc. She explained how she liked to get to know each client and she explained every examination and procedure she was about to preform and why it was important and what it meant for my oral health. She was completely open about the entire process and it was a breath of fresh air. She was upfront on my diagnosis and setup a plan for me. I've known Dr. Kasparian for almost 5 years. We shared the same building for 3 years and I often referred many of our team members to her. Being who I am ... I suffer from a debilitating fear of dentists.. so I found one and thats where I stayed for a decade. Today, I became her patient. The team obviously as kind and professional as always. They beyond tolerated my anxiousness and when I say that Dr. Kasparian performed the most thorough exam and cleaning I have ever experienced I could not be more surprised. 4 hours later and I can feel the cleanliness of each of my teeth! I highly recommend this dental practice and couldn't be more relieved to be joining this care staff. Thank you everyone for making today as pain free and laughter filled as possible.

Dr. Kasparian is the best dentist I've ever had. My teeth have never felt better or been whiter. It's always a pleasant experience, which is saying something for a dental appointment.

I have seen a LOT of dentists over the years and have had a lot of work done. After my first visit with Dr. Kasparian, I can tell that she is among the very best. She is so incredibly thorough with her examination. She explained every single issue and how urgent it was to address, she offered several options for treatment, and above all, she's extremely kind. She didn't just introduce herself and start poking around; she took the time to ask me about myself and engage in a little bit of small talk. Especially if you are nervous about going to the dentist, I think Dr. Kasparian will make you feel safe and comfortable. I'm new to LA, but am happy to have already found a great dentist for a long time to come. The staff is also extremely friendly and patient as well. Fantastic across the board!

Amazing first-time experience! Not only were they friendly and professional, but they explained how to properly brush and floss AND WHY it needs to be done that way. (I learned I'd been flossing my teeth incorrectly my entire life!) Plus, the massage chair and moisturizing gloves they provided while cleaning my teeth was the cherry on top of the whole visit! Already looking forward to my next cleaning.

I once "broke up" with Sylvia because our dental insurance changed. Biggest mistake ever. The insurance dentist tried to upsell me on so many things I didn't need. Went straight back to Sylvia and begged her to take me back. It's now been more than 20 years. I drive across town in traffic to see her - THAT'S how much I trust her. She is the best (and check out her new massage chairs and aroma therapy diffusers! It's like a day at the spa!)

Dr. Kasparian has been my dentist for about twenty years. She has great bedside manner and, unlike many people I know, I truly look forward to seeing my dentist. I had unusual pain in a back molar, and she got me in on a same day apptmt and took care of the pain. Both she and her staff were really pleasant and professional as well.

Best dentist I've had. Honest, straightforward, patient, and a bit of a perfectionist. She always takes time to explain what she's doing and why, what your options are, and how they relate to your overall health. And she has a great sense of humor, too!

Dr. Kasparian has been my dentist for over 15 years. She is very caring and extremely nice. She provides great explanations on any dental issues and recommendations. She is very gentle during cleanings, fillings, etc.

I can schedule my meetings around my appointment with ease which is important to me as her office is right next to mine. In addition, I really appreciate her consultative approach, not pushing any products or services and sensitive to my needs including financial, administrative, timing and of course relating to the dental needs.
