I was there on Janurary 2015 for my first dentist visit in over 5 years (oops). My last dentist appointment somewhere else was so bad that I really feared going back to the dentist. I was ready to have 10 root canals or maybe gum disease...who knows..... BUT, I have to say that every person I was in contact with at this office was excellent at customer service. This is VERY rare in downtown LA. I was so pleased with the first phone call to make the appointment, the front office lady that did my chart was so sweet!, my dentist Dr. Sooferi was the BEST!!!!!! And I'm not just saying that because after 5 years of not seeing a dentist, I only had 1 little, teeny, tiny cavity :) The dentist's assistant and the girl who charged me....EVERYONE was fantastic!!!! Please keep up the great work! IT is very much appreciated and noticed!!! Thank you, thank you! And I look forward to my next visit to meet the great team :)

I strongly recommend this office to those of you who are looking to find a good dentist that you could make a relationship with on a personal level. The people in this office are really good people. everytime you go back they actually remember who you are unlike western dental that is so disorganized and the doctors are so bad. Ana the front girl is very sweet and makes you feel very calm and comfortable. Dr. Sooferi is from UCLA and he is very experienced. Just from his mannerism you can tell that he is very knowledgable and experienced. I have to be honest the location is hard to find. It is on a second floor of a fashion building and it takes you a little bit of time to find it. But once you find the place it is very convenient, they validate parking and don't make you wait in the waiting area for hours. You go in right away. This is a small, clean practice in downtown, and places like this are hard to find these days. I would refer my friends and family to come to Stanford Dental group.
