Y’all I am in my feelings over this place. I almost don’t want to write this review because I don’t want anyone to take my dentist. This place is amazing. The support I received from the front of desk to the amazing Doctors who worked on making my truly jacked teeth beautiful again was extraordinary. More importantly the people who work here are kind and compassionate. The Melrose Dentist is indeed a rare find.

Best dentist experience I've ever had! Front desk: Nora and the rest of the desk staff are so nice and welcoming every time I come in, and are always quick to ask how I've been doing and make conversation. Also super flexible with scheduling. When I had my wisdom teeth removed, I was worried I had dry socket, and they made time for me to come in 30 minutes later. Procedures: In the past, I've had dentists who are really critical of my teeth (yes, I brush and floss daily), but this was the first time I've had a dentist actually diagnose me as "cavity prone" instead of assuming I have poor hygiene practices. They prescribed me a toothpaste with extra fluoride, and I haven't had any issues since. I'm always perfectly numbed, and have never experienced any pain when having a procedure done. I also had my wisdom teeth extracted here by their oral surgeon and had zero issues. No harsh pain killers like codeine needed afterwards. I would give everyone at Melrose Dentist 10 stars if I could! Everyone there is so kind and professional. I've even gotten some coworkers to start seeing them as well. AND A PARKING LOT!

Dr. Sheily aka The Melrose Dentist is the best dentist in the game!! I first visited Dr. Sheily in August 2022 after several years of not seeing a dentist and eight months before my wedding day in March 2023. At the time, I had two composites on my canine teeth from middle school that needed to be replaced with permanent veneers, as well as issues with gum recession and grinding my teeth. Dr Sheily put together an expedited Invisalign schedule from November-February to straighten my bite, gave me teeth whitening gel that I could apply directly into my Invisalign trays and was able to install my new veneers with a month to spare before my wedding day! My fiancé and coworkers were amazed by how Dr. Sheily was able to completely transform my teeth. Throughout the entire process, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Sheily’s professionalism, fun and relatable personality and great taste in Jordan’s. Nora and everyone at the front desk were also amazing, helping me schedule all my appointments with ease and sending text reminders of my upcoming appointments beforehand. The Melrose Dentist is the best!!

I've never had a dental experience like this at The Melrose Dentist! I'm quite afraid of needles and dentists, but today I had to get some dental work done, therefore I had to be sedated. The injection was absolutely painless since Dr. Sheily and her entire staff made me feel at ease and taken care of. Never before have I gone to the dentist and had such a wonderful experience. Thank you to Dr. Sheily and everyone at The Melrose Dentist!

I did not know it was possible to look forward to going to the dentist until I came here. I have a long (LONG) history of dental work (braces, fillings, extractions, crowns, etc.) and Dr. Sheily is quite simply the best dentist I have had yet. She is incredibly efficient, honest, and most importantly, great at her job. She and the entire staff there honestly feel like friends to me, I genuinely look forward to every appointment I have (which sounds insane to say, but it’s true.) I cannot recommend The Melrose Dentist enough!!

I highly recommend this office. The entire team is extremely professional, warm, and inviting. I have a dental phobia and their expertise and care made it a great experience. All dentist offices should be like this.

My experience here at The Melrose Dentist is like none other! I have a big fear of dentist and needles and needed to get some dental work today which required me to be numb. Dr. Sheily and her whole team made me feel so calm and cared for that the injection was PAINLESS!!! I have never had such an amazing experience at a dental office. I have been contemplating on getting Invisalign for a while now and I’m glad that I started my journey with Dr. Sheily. She has been very helpful and made sure everything was on track. Couldn’t be happier with my results.

I came here to get a lot of work done on my teeth. Deep cleaning, root canal and an extraction. Dr. Sheily and her staff are very professionals and they make you feel like everything is going to be ok. I felt very confortable going there. I highly recommend them. You will be in good hands with them.

Dr sheily told me I would need another partial onlay and that I had a cavity. I went to two different dentist because I became suspicious that I needed this much work to be done(I had already received a partial onlay on a different tooth). Both dentist told me I had no cavity in the tooth in question. Which leads me to believe if I needed the first onlay to begin with, something I spent $1000 on. I had originally came in because I was clinching at night and asked about a night guard. She made he usual sales speech about Invisalign and how I needed it badly. I think she’s more interested in making money than providing medical care. I think she sees her self as more of an Invisalign salesperson than a dentist. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

This place is truly amazing. You will have Dr.’s who care deeply for you. If you’re going to start your journey to fixing your mouth here is where to begin. Gentle and kind are the words that come to mind when I think of all staff members here.

Would skip this dentist. They overbill you for unnecessary procedures like “deep cleaning” and imaging that is unnecessary and not covered by insurance. Their cleaning was no better than a regular cleaning at my old dentist. Except they bill more than double the fees.

Great experience with Dr. Leora Sheily. She is candid and cares about her patients. The office is clean, has free parking, and everyone who works there is very friendly. Highly recommend for cleanings and Invisalign.

Honestly, was super stoked to find Melrose Dentist. I’ve been very wary about dentists after years of bad experiences, disrespect, etc. After my first appointment, I was so excited that I had found a dentist where I could make a treatment plan and feel comfortable with. My second appointment was fine — getting cavities filled is not a great experience, and I have issues with pain, but the team did a pretty good job. Started a bit late, so the next time I made sure to show up 15 minutes early. For my 2nd fillings appointment I waited with absolutely no communication for an hour past my appointment start time. Multiple people who arrived after me were brought in to the office; while I understand that plans shift, either communicate this in advance or let me know as timing starts to look bad. When I asked for my money back (12:00pm for an 11:00am appointment that I arrived at 10:45am for) and to leave I was told that the chair was ready and it was time for me to get the work done, but at that point there was no way for me to meet the rest of my day’s schedule. I had to argue to get a refund, which just felt incredibly disrespectful on top of everything. Will not be returning.

I have been been to about 50 dentists my entire. My step mother is a dentist. I have always had such a cold and disconnected experience in the chair as I like to call it. I have extensive issues with my teeth and have to get tens of thousands of work done. Today was the first time I was asked what I want. The staff were all super friendly and really dug into my needs and expectations. Dr Sheily was beyond understanding of my concerns and fears and Dr Oren explained to me my options and thoroughly guided me through what he was hoping for. The Office manager was so sweet on the phone before my appointment and her level of service was outstanding and the end of my appointment. Happy to say I have some direction now and feel confident returning to Melrose Dental for the remainder of my Dental work. ❤️

There are so many great things to say about Dr. Sheily, the whole staff, the office itself, and the results and care one gets. Everyone is so kind, caring, and thoughtful that it feels like you're family when you're a patient at The Melrose Dentist. The office is SO nice, new, clean, and comforting. The staff are all the most lovely people and wizards with working with insurance, being upfront about costs, scheduling, and taking care of you. Dr. Sheily is a fantastic dentist and makes you excited to take care of your teeth. She is also so cool and relatable! I enthusiastically recommend The Melrose Dentist whether you're looking for a new dentist or not!
