The all-around service from front desk to dental chair was incredible.

Great experience, professionally operated. I received X-rays, an examination and cleaning. I was very satisfied but unfortunately I’ve moved from the area and will likely need to find another practice that’s closer to my home. Thank you Brandon and Dr. Esther Park. 👍🏼

I fully believe all of these reviews are from the employees and friends and family. They told me that I needed $3,000 worth of work, no WiFi or service at all so you can’t make a phone call, then were very pushy about paperwork and moving forward. Went to get a second opinion, and after being told I just need a deep cleaning and that the work I was quoted was outrageous, I would not recommend this place. Scam scam scam.

Brandon at the front desk is so welcoming and helpful. The entire staff is friendly. Best experience I’ve had at a dental office in regards to wait time at appointment time, time to completion, and ease of scheduling. The office is designed nicely and very walkable if you live in South Park DTLA.

I could not have picked a better place to go for my first dentist visit in over 20 years! From Brandon all the way to Dr Angela everyone was so comforting as I was a nervous wreck, they went above and beyond to help me and I could not be more grateful!

i gave up on anything related to my teeth after an adult stopped making my appointments for me…. so I was understandably scared when I finally grew up and scheduled a teeth cleaning. Dr. Knopf (luckily for me) posed no judgment and she’s personable and funny. My cavities were handled immediately — and now, my teeth have never been cleaner and we’re tackling my Invisalign next. When I mentioned wanting to get my teeth whiter, Brandon was able to fit me in at my convenience. The team here truly looks out for your best interest; they’ve helped me figure out schedules to make sure I don’t end up bleeding out paying for all the services. My teeth have never looked better and everyone at Tooth Shop actually makes me look forward to my next appointment!

The Tooth Shop was a godsend, for my out-of-town visiting mother who cracked a tooth. She was not a patient, neither am I (yet) but the boyfriend is - so he stopped in on a Thursday morning to see if they could get her in for an emergency visit. We spoke to the new front office person, Brandon (he is a doll!!!). Mom was in the office the next morning at 8 AM, and seen by Dr. McCrakin. Everyone my mom came in contact with was absolutely lovely and so pleasant…btw my mom has major anxiety going to the dentist. It was discovered that she did indeed have a cracked tooth and an infection that has gone into her bone. Due to the condition of her teeth she needed an oral surgeon. The Tooth Shop referred/got her in to another office for the oral surgery the same day at 1 PM. The quick turnaround and how awesome she feels today is absolutely amazing (today is Saturday, January 8. This office visit was yesterday January 7, 2022), after a week of pain and discomfort we are so thrilled with the wonderful team at the Tooth Shop!! Many thanks from Jan & Melissa

Absolutely amazing dentistry. I’ve always been afraid to get work done on my teeth out of fear of pressure for unnecessary needs. I truly feel the entire team at Tooth Shop cares about their patients, and tries their hardest to go above and beyond to suit every situation, without any undue pressure.

I have had the pleasure of working with Veronica, Dr. McCrakin, and Dr. Knopf. All are so wonderful at their jobs. Dr. McCrakin was so patient w my crown delivery and didn’t press me to do a crown i wasn’t fully happy with. They all have fantastic energy and genuinely listen to your needs

The entire team is so lovely! I love to go to the dentist now! Besides the fact that everyone is so knowledgeable, gentle and professional, this place has such a positive and friendly vibe. I've been dreading the hunt for a decent dentist since I moved to LA from DC 2 years ago but it looks like I struck gold on the first try. Dr. Knopf and Corina and the entire staff are very friendly and patient and genuinely enjoy their job. They explained everything, checked in regularly, and are very thorough to ensure the job is done well and I was comfortable the entire time. My partner will be switching to the Tooth Shop soon as well since I was so happy with the service I received. As a side note, I also thought they did a great job minimizing patient contact to basically none given the current situation.

From my past experiences, I have an absolute fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Knopf, Corina and Michelle definitely guided me through it, and helped me make sure I felt confortable with the work needed. I insisted that I wanted a painless experience: they definitely delivered!!! I was even able to eat right after my dental work, which has never been the case for me before. I admire their patience, and the office looks so great and clean, with all the latest technology: it is definitely a reassuring environment. I also was amazed by their flexibility, and how understanding the entire staff was. I without a doubt recommend Dr. Knopf, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my teeth. They are the best dental office I have ever seen and experienced.
