Dr. Doshi really made me feel like she wanted me to have the best teeth when I went for my cleaning. She about my brand of toothpaste and recommending a better one, letting me know my night guard needed replacing early due to not having been cleaned with the right soap type and contributing to the onset of gum disease. She followed up immediately by email to make sure I remembered everything. She also wanted me to let her know if there was any discomfort during the tooth cleaning/scraping procedure by raising my hand and wiped up any messes periodically and gently. I really felt well looked after

Friendly staff and the dental cleaning process was quick and good. Staff was very knowledgeable and told me how to improve my brushing habits.

Dr Doshi is the best. She has a very cheerful and calm demeanor that puts you to ease. She is also very skilled, and her procedures are as painless as I’ve ever experienced at a dentists office!

They have you waiting for hours. They canceled my dental plan because they saw a bad review I had wrote. I guess they have new management because it wasn't like this before. Te tienen esperando por horas. Cancelaron mi plan porque les escribí una mala reseña.

I can't say it any better than what Erica wrote about in her review!!! But I will add this, I have been coming to this office since 1999 and except for PJ and Susan who were so amazing when I would go get my cleanings done...I can't say anyone else real impressed me in the office. There were even a couple times over the last 20 years that I had a painful and very unpleasant experience with a couple of people that worked there but when I checked out I would ask to never be placed with those people again. Today though, I had quite the opposite happen. I was at my wits end with how everything was working out when I entered the dentist office today...but then my day totally turned around when Claudia and Dr. Roknian were so kind to me and went out of there way to help me solve an issue I was having with getting my teeth fixed. Susan was also there today on my visit...and as Erica said, she really is the sweetest person in that office or any dentist's office I've ever been. But before today, I had never encountered Claudia or Dr. Roknian in all the years I have been going there...but they were my guardian angels today! I can not rave about them enough. They went above and beyond what one would expect of them to do and I am extremely grateful. Thank you-Susan

Let me start off by stating I work in customer service, and I feel obligated to leave a great review especially after receiving such great service. I'd like to leave a review for the following three employees at this location. Dr. Roknian and her two dental assistants, Lakesha & Susan. My first encounter was with Dr. Roknian and Lakesha. I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. Unfortunately, she could not get them all removed on the first visit. In all fairness, my appointment was an hour before closing. Also doctor Roknian really tried to remove my bottom wisdom teeth but they were not budging. I had to re-visit her in two weeks. She and Lakesha took amazing care of me. They made me feel welcomed ,comfortable and heard. These women answered ALL my questions, comments and concerns. After I got all my wisdom teeth removed I had to return to see Dr. Roknian again for some swelling and other issues, on dental work I had done from another office. Doctor Roknian thoroughly went over the issues causing my swelling. That was the first time ever that a dentist has ever explained in depth the treatment I needed done and was willing to fix someone else's mistake. I have seen other dentists at this location, and no one comes close to being as great as Doctor Roknian. I was able to get familiar with Doctor Roknian and her dental assistants over the course of 2 months. I went in almost every 2 weeks. I met Susan the last month, and i have to say she is genuinely the sweetest lady I have ever met. I just really wanted to praise these women for the great work they do and for their professionalism. Like most people I never enjoyed going to see the dentist, but these ladies changed my perspective. Now I look forward to going and being cared for by them.

Dr. Roknian is amazing!! She is very professional and I really like that she gives detail as to what treatment is going to be done. So happy I finally found a Dr. here that does very well at their job and I feel comfortable with. Lakesha and Susan are also very professional and sweet!

Dr. Gutierrez is a superb dentist. Great service, kind, and very professional. Not an ounce of pain, thank you so much for being so kind.
