The staff who answered the phone was friendly and helpful, and they worked with me to find a time that fit my schedule. When I arrived at the office, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long at all before being called back. Martha, the dental hygienist, was simply incredible. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. Her attention to detail was impressive, and I left feeling like my teeth had never been cleaner. The rest of the staff at Washington Dental Group was equally impressive. They were all professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a positive experience. The dentist who saw me was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. They are the worst dentist I've ever been too I've had implants done there first off 1 of my implants bend sticking out of my lip cutting the inside when the reception told the Dr. He said It was supposed to be sticking upwards but it wasn't sticking upwards it was forward cutting my mouth on the inside he didn't even bother looking at it. Second the dentist is very rough didn't know what he was doing. Dentures where to big all around please do not go all they want. is your money and give you poor service.....sorry but this place gives me high anxiety and ptsd
