I wouldn't recommend. I actually came back to edit my review because at the time of making this review I was offered some type of gift for it and I never received it. They honestly only try to cover your basic needs from medical and charge you a expensive charge for something you actually need. I don't trust them and there work. I also wouldn't trust most of these reviews since like I said they give these people some type of compensation back in work supposedly.

I remember back in 2005 or somewhere around that time I had a tooth in the back that literally hirt so bad giving me migraines that vicodin could not stop the pain and then denistry helped me out big time and once again today, I just had a tooth that broke of years ago and all that was let was the root so a extraction was done by all clean utensils and great professional staff and I did not feel any pain While the procedure was being done this dentist office is the best with great prices if your not to rich lol I recommend this dentist to everyone

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Robert Hazany and his staff! They are professional, yet personable and really care about my health and happiness. Working with Dr. Robert Hazany and his staff is always a pleasant experience! They are great. My tooth was broken and Dr Robert fixed it expertly and with great care. I highly recommend him. 🙏

Friendly Staff

Dr. Hazany was very nice and helpful the staff was very professional and kind having to visit a dentist after 3 years was definitely something i was not looking forward to ,but dr. Hazany made sure everything went according to plan i have some cavities that needed to be taken care of and he did an awesone job. Thank you dr. Hazany . 😀

Okay work, but highly unprofessional. I was told to not call them and they would call me. They started work knowing it might not be approved by insurance then it got denied and they left me with half the work done. I was told to contact insurance. They said they notified the dentist and to talk to them but I was the. Told by the practice that they don’t know why it wasn’t approved, but I could pay $700 but otherwise don’t bother them anymore.

They don’t bother on explaining the numerous amount of precedures that were needed. Only cared about making their money. Did everything insurance would cover and then left work half done because i was unaware that i was going to cover the other $6000 dollars in cost right away.

I have recently switched to Dr. Hazani after having terrible experience with another dentist. The Dr and his staff are kind and caring with magical touch. The hygienist worked hard to make sure my teeth we maticulasly shined. What was supposed to be an implant with other dentist, dr Hazani took care of it with a simple cap!! I recommend him to anyone that is looking for an honest and trusting dentist.

I love Dr. Hazany! He was so patient with me and clearly explained all the work I needed done in advance. He is the best quality dentist you can get and when I come for my appointment, I'm seen very quickly.

This place was an absolute nightmare. I made the mistake of going to this clinic with the idea that it was convenient because it was close to where I work, and was one of the very few places listed as accepting new patients by my insurance. My first visit was humiliating. Doctor Susan Hazany did nothing more then probe my financial situation to see what I could afford, prescribed some antibiotics and sent me on my way. I wouldn't have gone back but a few months later, I had no choice. I had no idea where else to go, what had started as a little pain a few months before had now turned into minor swelling, and sever sensitivity to temperature, and they had been calling and harassing me to come in for work they had "been approved" by my insurance to do. I showed up, expecting maybe a fixed cap, and to schedule a future appointment. To my horror, and before I could even object or knew what was going on, she was injecting me with anesthetic. Not one, but THREE TEETH LATER, she was finished. At one point, I literally yelled because the pain was so intense, Not because she hadn't numbed me enough, which of course, she used sparingly, and applied a small amount more before she realized it was the pressure she was putting on my lips and the corner of my mouth that I was complaining about. Her careless disregard for my comfort while she was massacring my mouth left me swollen for an entire week. Then, as if to add insult to injury, she insisted I spend an additional $30 dollars on mouthwash that I "had to have" that I could have bought over the counter for less then $10. On my way out, she handed me a prescription of antibiotics she insisted I filled downstairs because I needed them "Right Away." I'm sure it's no coincidence that the pharmacy downstairs couldn't find my insurance, and ended up charging me 80 for antibiotics, ibuprofen, and tylenol with codeine. I have been a client at West Los Angeles Dentistry for 15 years. Dr Robert and Dr Susan Hazany are the most excellent of dentists and your dental health is the utmost priority with them. The staff also is warm, friendly and eager to assist. I give a most hearty recommendation to any who wish to receive quality dental care to come to this place.

Very helpful staff. Take my insurance. Don't have to wait long so far. Hours are convenient. Parking has also been easy.
