Took my daughter here, good experience Dr and staff very nice. Receptionist are very nice, and helpful. Thank you I recommend this place and waiting time for us wasnt long standard waiting time like any Dr or dental office.

Horrible service, horrible waiting times. My appt was @ 3.. didn’t see me until 5. After the appt I had horrible tooth pain from a filling, and then brought me back in just to tell me they can’t do anything about it and I have to wait weeks for them to see me again. Don’t waste your time & energy here

One thing about this dental office you gonna wait at least an hour every single time no matter what time your apt is! Then they have the nerve to ask you to come In early and still wait! Never any consideration on anyones time! New review: Sept 19th apt 10am Well if you are more than 15 mins you will be turned away. So make sure your on time because there will be a minimal of 5 people with the same time slot and you will definitely still be waiting to be pulled back. My apt was at 10 and here it is 10:30 and I still haven’t been pulled back. I estimate it’s always about an hour wait to be pulled back for your apt. Will update on todays pull back time. I should have documented every apt. (10:38)

I have had horrible experience at Drs Not this place . I really really had a great experience here. I was in pain for days

Dr. And staff are so rude! I have severe debilitating anxiety and panic in dr's offices. The staff here accused me of having an attitude and was very mean and belittling to me despite the fact that I kept telling them that I'm panicing. Dr. Stabbed a pick into a broken tooth (with no warning, instruction or informed consent) and I jumped from the pain so he refused me care. Told me he wouldn't touch me until I get my anxiety "under contaol" which isn't going to happen all of a sudden now if it hasn't happened in 34 years. I left and had a full blown panic attack in my car and now am fighting in suicidal ideation because I feel worthless and hopeless. Thanks for your "care"

Omg! If i could give a 10 i would i was in extreme pain and they were so helpful got me in and took care of my problem not once but twice! Everyone there was friendly and helpful thank you sooo much 😊

Decent office; but unorganized, unprofessional techs, waiting time is long. Went for a clean up and assistants didn't do a good job.

The dorctor is vert good but unfortunately the staff is very poor they lie to you tell you to call back and the doctor is gone the doctor would have more patient if they were truthful.

I was definitely impressed with this office!! They were able to see all three of my children today. Also my son has autism and they're willing to work with him to!!👍🙌 All In All I give this office of five star! Great communication!

The office in Los Banos needs to be improved professionally by the staff assisting patients. The general dentistry are great, however the problem is the rest of the staff running around in the office. The staff are not professional and do not take the patient's presence into account when cleaning and or having any procedure done. I witness a lot of horsing around and especially the assistants that are coming in to practice from a different place (from Madera area I believe). I noticed that the assistants or personnel I encountered, wearing the blue scrubs, did not treat patients or practiced to the best of their ability. I wish people select their careers based on what they really enjoy doing and not because of the money or title. When providing care the provider has to deliver the best experience to the patient because all the emotions the provider has or staff, will be transmitted to the patients. Unorganized! I have been there twice and every time they either are not prepared with the tools that are needed for the procedures or half a** when cleaning teeth.The waiting time is terrible, it is over an hour long to be walked in to the room. I don't understand what is the point of making an appointment there if they don't attend people at a designated time. To add on, I had to wait about 15+ minutes to be seen by the dentist after I had been seated in a room. I understand if people are learning and practicing, but there is a difference when a person actually wants to learn and deliver professional care. To make it a better environment at this office there needs to be proper training to improve their etiquette skills and professional attitude when communicating with people. I hope this feedback helps improve this dental environment. I strongly believe that the employee/employer is a reflection of the values of a company or corporation.

This is a awesome dentist and kind staff- Highly recommend.
