The receptionist was very rude and hung up on me after I asked if medical was accepted. She was very short spoken and seemed anoyed to be alive. Even if medical was accepted, I wouldn't go here if this is how they want the public to see them.

I have severe anxiety issues with dentists and almost always require nitrous. They are always making sure I'm ok through every procedure! After many years of horrible dental offices (all Western Dentals), Dr Lwin is the only person who I will let work on me anymore!! I've had to have the most extensive dental work done over the past couple of years. They have brought me and my smile back such a long way, from a very bad place. Absolutely the best, most patient dentist I have ever seen, outside of my pediatric dentist, who retired. Evelyn, along with the hygienist and every dental assistant who has helped work on me are a God's send!! I absolutely love them all and I pray they never leave this office (for selfish reasons, I guess!) 😉💗

I HATE going to the dentist. Period. That being said the ladies in this office are incredibly nice and do everything on their power to make sure you aren't miserable or in pain while you are under their care. They must have asked me 50 times if I was ok or needed to take a break. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have already told my friends what a pleasant experience it was. Not a single person there made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and they try to take your mind off what is happening. Long winded thank you but they truly deserve it. I had a root canal and crown and felt nothing at all. You can truly tell they are a well oiled machine as well. Thank you Gentle Dentistry!!! I'll be back for the rest :)

All I can say is WOW!! And that's a good wow!!! I have always been scared of the dentist and after my visit today with the very caring staff and doctor I can't wait to get the rest of my teeth fixed!! I have several bad bad teeth and today they Worked on 3 of them. No pain at all!! They calmed me down and made me feel comfortable. In fact I have an appointment next week for more work! Not only was it pain free they are very reasonable priced and have a great payment plan. I recommend to anyone who like myself put it off tell my teeth were rotten and braking.... don't put it off!! .... If I can overcome my fears of 30 years in one visit you can too!!! 😁
