unprofessional in front of me calling his employee “ghetto”

This morning I woke up dreading my dentist appointment, I walked in with fear and anxiety because of previous experiences but to my surprise the staff and Dr. Vo dismantled my fears. They pleasantly helped me remain calm throughout my procedure with the greatest professionalism. I will definitely never seek out any other dentist. I’ll be a patient of MacArthur Dental Arts and Dr. Vo for many years to come. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This dentist office ripped me off on eBay, their eBay account is "mobiledental99". They purchased a VCR from me on eBay, broke it, and returned it to me, claiming that I had sent it to them broken. I didn't send it to them, I delivered it myself at their office, because we are both located in Orange County. They broke a VCR that they bought from me, and pretended that it was sent to them broken. This is a very unethical and low down business practice. Here's the appeal that I wrote to eBay, keep in mind that eBay's return policy states that the buyer himself has to admit that he broke the item in order for eBay to side with the seller. In other words, the buyer is right, even when he's lying and the seller is wrong even when he's telling the truth. "The buyer broke the VCR on purpose before sending it back to me, and made a false claim that it had been damaged during shipping. For one, it wasn't shipped. I delivered it myself, and I tested it beforehand to make sure that it was working. I handed it to one of his fellow dentists in an opened box for their convenience, and I even included a Euro-to-US converter, and batteries for the remote, which he returned to me without the batteries. I've included a picture of the damage that either he or one of his coworkers did to the VCR. You can see noticeable breakage on the plastic. The best explanation I can think of is that they dropped it on the ground, and you can hear something on the inside has come loose, due to the fall damage. I had one of his coworkers sign an invoice proving that they received it by hand from me. In fact, his accountant came out of the office himself to inspect it, and saw that it looked good before taking it from me. He even shook my hand. I've also included a picture of the dentist office's counter and the invoice, which was signed by one of his coworkers. Either he or one of his coworkers dropped the VCR on the floor on purpose, in order to get a refund through eBay's return policy."

Highly Recommend! I meet with Dr. Zahedi and his staffs they are very friendly and knowable. Dr. Zahedi took his time to explain everything that would keep my mouth healthy and was very thorough about my surgery. Dr. Zahedi is the first dentist that has done deep cleans without having any pain in my mouth which I've had some painful ones. The office is clean and beautiful. It's easy to make appointments, and I like the fact that they text me 2-3 times before my appointment as friendly reminders.

I visit MacArthur dentistry biannually for my teeth cleaning and x rays and can honestly say I look forward to visiting the dentist! Dr. Zahedi and his staff make my visit so easy and comfortable from the moment I walk in to when I'm in the chair.

Dr. Zahedi and his staff are amazing. Right from the start you know that they want to provide you with all the information needed to make the best decision for your treatment. They truly care and genuinely want to help you . My experience here was five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
