I just returned from having some cosmetic dental work done at Direct Dental, and I was motivated to write a review to share their excellent dentistry with others. The dentist examined my crooked teeth and the gap in my front teeth and devised a treatment plan I was happy with. I love my new beautiful smile. The best experience ever! I'll add photos in the near future.

After my first appointment, I knew I'd chosen the proper practice. The Direct Dental dentists and technicians are thorough & knowledgeable. They gave me some suggestions about gum care that my previous dentist had never mentioned. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Winston installed several beautiful dental implants and veneers for my front teeth. I get lots of compliments on my new smile makeover.

From veneers to crowns to filings - all of my procedures have resulted in great successes that I'm proud to show off. He is truly a gem in the field for being diligent, patient, understanding and going above and beyond every time I need help – especially during those times when an emergency arose unexpectedly. Last week, I had a fantastic experience getting new braces for my crooked teeth - thanks to the wonderful care of Dr. Samy Ibrahim and his staff! They were so helpful in sharing all my choices and answering every one of my questions knowledgeably. Plus, their advanced 3D modeling technology made it much more pleasant than having bad-tasting trays for impressions!

From extra care taken in hard-to-reach areas during the cleaning process to making sure my insurance would cover their services before proceeding - they went above and beyond! I am so appreciative of Dr. Winston. He is a great dentist and very gentle with his dental treatments. I was in excruciating pain and he was able to fit me in his busy schedule in order to meet my dental needs. Thank you very much Dr. Winston!

I don’t know where these positive reviews are coming from. I’ve been going for ortho treatment for over a year and a half now and they’ve just put in new brackets today after extending my treatment a further 6 months OUT OF SCHEDULE. Every time I go, people walk out unhappy and even complain out loud in the waiting room, “This is a joke.” Wait times after you check in (on time or early) are an hour+. They’ve improved by calling you into a room only to lead you there for another hour. I do give them props for this as I thought they were improving once they began this method, only to be disappointed in realizing I’m waiting the same amount of time, just in a different room. The front office staff is definitely friendly and I don’t think it’s their fault for these inconsistencies. The orthodontist is unprofessional and speaks to adults as if they were children.

Walked in for emergency and was taken care of in a timely manner. Front office was kind enough to make me an appt with specialist the same day. The staff was very courteous and the doctor was great! Direct Dental please reconsider emergency walk ins on the weekends
