Unprofessional experience! Office Staff uncaring, indifferent and inexperienced. Eating food while talking with the Customer! I came in for a second visit for a Root Canal. Was requested to come 10 minutes early, which I did. The first visit I was told Root Canal was covered under insurance. In the second visit they added nearly $200.00 for “something” and the insurance wouldn’t cover it. I grudgingly paid. Then I had to “WAIT” another 45 minutes. The technicians had trouble taking X-rays. Not once did I see the doctor that was to perform the work. All along I had an uneasy feeling about this place. They kept asking me questions about the work performed by Karindeep. I told them if you check the file you would see the updated notes. They declined stating it would take too long. After 15 minutes in the chair and virtually no further work done I said “I’m done”!. I went to the front desk and met the cold staff and demanded my refund for the up charge and also for the crown I will not be receiving. This outfit is nothing but a money making machine; up selling for work not needed; up charging for work going to be performed. I am returning to my previous dentist Dr. Jergensen whose practice is an hour away. I had been going there for 40+ years. They are trusted, reasonable, caring and live and practice by their standards. These Outfits like Rancho Cordova Smiles and Aspen Dental treat you like cattle and run you through their machine. This is not how you treat “Paying” Customers. The Customers that keep you in business. Especially if you want them to return for future. I will add that Dental Assistant Jessica and Dr. Karindeep (Pinky) were the only professional and caring individuals there. And Corporate, you better take note of this review. It’s the paying Customers that keep you in business. You better fix the problems there or that office will not be in business in the future!

I could feel Dr. Lee’s passion from the moment I was under his care. I had a gum grafting procedure and it went so much smoother than I anticipated. The support staff helped work with my insurance so a majority of the cost was covered (so grateful)! Dr. Lee and his staff all had great energy and i could tell they enjoyed their jobs and working with patients. The procedure itself wasn’t as painful as I thought and they were amazing about keeping me really numb ( again, super grateful)!!! After care procedures were clear and helpful. I felt valued and heard which is super important to me. Dr Lee, Dr. Mokbil and the entire office of Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry will be my forever Dentists!

Excellent customer service and the kindest patient care. My hygienist Jasmine is always so kind, she has patience, sincere understanding and an awesome sense of humor. I meet Dr Nora (who was my dentist today and went over my treatments thoroughly) and also, met Maita at the front desk for the first time and they both were so caring and have a very genuine KIND souls. Thanks so much to each of you for Excellent patient care and human kindness!😍 I will definitely refer patients to your office.

The entire staff is caring and understanding. I needed a crown on my first visit and it was taken care of that day. The office staff did a great job explaining the fees and how they would be paid. Dr. Noor was so gentle and knowledgeable. I have some health issues and am unsteady on my feet and Dr. Noor walked me arm in arm to the examination room. In the past, the Novocain takes HOURS to wear off and I am unable to eat dinner. I walked out with a crown and could immediately eat with no pain or numbness. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Noor and the entire staff for your dental needs.

STAY AWAY. absolute ripoff. National average for routine cleaning is $100-200. They want $400 plus this plus that. Don’t waste your time

I have been coming here about 4 yrs for every type of service, and return even though I moved downtown. They and Dr. Mokbil are personable and remember me as a person, not just a client, and have even fixed things like another dentist's loose implant at no charge.

To start off I’ve had a few lackluster experiences with a few dentist offices and boy was I pleasantly surprised to find this office by our new home. Dr Kirandeep and staff were wonderful. They are personable, professional, honest, and willing to work with you whatever the situation. Highly recommend. The team went above and beyond to help me with my smile. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy check-in. Albert did a great and efficient job with x-rays and assisting Dr. Kaur. Dr. Kaur was very helpful and did a thorough job explaining my dental needs. Front desk handled all my questions very professionally.

Very honest and sweet people! You expect that dentistry is going to cost some $ out of pocket and they let you know what your insurance will cover and not cover. They worked out a payment arrangement with me and now I can have my pretty smile back. Thanks Dr. Kaur, Sabrina, Albert, Ivan and the front office staff for being so great!

These guys are amazing! I've had bad experiences at many dentists before and don't trust many people working on my mouth, but 100% trust here. The staff is Great and the work is Amazing! I've had ongoing dental problems for a long time and Dr. Mokbil is finally getting me back to where I can "Smile" with confidence again!

Went in for a new patient exam and was very impressed. The assistant Ivan was very fast with my x-rays and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Dr. Mokbil did my exam and explained the treatment that was needed very efficiently. I felt well taken care of and the front staff helped ensure that there would be no grievances regarding my insurance and appointment time. 5/5 wouldn't change a thing!!!

I really appreciate whenever I come to RC Smiles I know whatever procedure they do from cleaning, xrays, root canals, and more they are using the latest technology which really makes each procedure very efficient. Gone are the days of me dreading to go to the dentist

Amazing dentist! So glad my husband found them. I’ve had bad experiences with dentists. Dr Kaur and staff are fabulous!! They are personable, professional, straight forward and efficient and extremely friendly! They make sure your ok during the entire procedure. Highly recommend. They went above and beyond to help me with my teeth. I can’t thank them enough.

The staff here is amazing! They got straight to business when I walked in and once I was settled in were so kind and attentive! I’m so big on good customer service and this place was the definition of amazing customer service AND care! You can tell everyone seems to get along with eachother and it’s just a happy healthy work environment from what I had seen. This always seems to be the perfect recipe for great service, when employees enjoy their place of work. I do not have dental insurance and they provided me with the best options on pricing and even gave me referrals for extra after care! This is 100% my new permanent dental office. They have a client for life. Thank you guys for everything and treating me like I was just as important as the next customer who actually has dental coverage.

Recently finish my dental work with Dr. Kaur and I’m very happy. Would definitely recommend Dr. Kaur for a dentist and the office of Rancho Cordova Smiles. The staff were always friendly, very caring and made feel comfortable. The office was also flexible with scheduling my appointments, and would call me with reminders. They maintain a clean office and happy environment. I specially appreciate those that speak Spanish. They made sure I understood well the procedures needed for me, the costs involved, and answered all my concerns. Overall I’m really satisfied with their professionalism and good work.
